K Maison Lanna Boutique Hotel

I had a lovely stay at K Maison Lanna Boutique Hotel—it’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location, offering a serene and stylish retreat in Chiang Mai. The ambiance, decor, and overall atmosphere were wonderful, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay.

However, there were a couple of moments when I felt like I was inconveniencing a staff member, which slightly affected the overall experience. Additionally, I was informed that the lobby bar was open from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM, but every time I went, there was no staff available. When I asked if I could order a drink, the only option offered was beer. This was misleading and a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a functional bar with more choices.

That said, the hotel still has a lot to offer, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The location is excellent, the property is beautifully designed, and despite the minor inconveniences, it remains a great place to stay.

Would I stay here again? Probably!

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here! This hotel is super cute and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent and puts you very close in town, making so many things within walking distance. The next time I come back, I will definitely be staying here again.

Minimalist..Pool lovely..Breakfast Adequate and very Fresh..All Staff helpful..The Manager especially when my husband was unwell..Even sending anything we needed to the room without making a fuss.

It was a very impressive first stay. All the staff provided very good service, especially Ms. Pailin. She gave excellent information about the hotel. The rooms are clean, neat and look very spacious. that uses the limited building space very efficiently Simple design And I'm amazed by The surrounding atmosphere is very quiet. Even though it's not that far from the main road. Suitable for those who want to relax in privacy. Next time I come back to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a very good stay in this hotel even though it was for one night .. Beautiful hotel with a lovely design , the breakfast was good and the staff was professional and friendly .. i recommend you this hotel if you plan to visit Chiang Mai and of course i will come back !

It is a beautiful hotel, very natural matching with all nice interior and the room is so clean ,quiet . The bed is very comfortable ,really can get some good sleep and relaxing. The breakfast is very delicious, we love them to be delivery to the room every morning. The staff , I must day all of them were very very polite helpful. We park our bite at their parking and they look after our bite very good. Recommended this hotel

Excellent service hotel, a quiet boutique spot in the heart of Chiang Mai. There was a misuderstanding during the booking process, but the hotel staff and management handled the situation extremely well. Would definitely recommend for a cozy and quiet night in Chiang Mai.

This boutique hotel was well-designed, even the size of room (deluxe) is quite small, I did’t feel any discomfort. All staffs here are very helpful and friendly, especially the staff at parking area. He was so nice.

Breakfast here is served in box set which is so cute and delicious.

Clean, cozy , warm-hearted servicing, and brilliantly designed.

We had a great time at K Maison Lanna! The staffs were very helpful. The parking though is the worst ever! The hotel parking take place at the apartment right at the back of the hotel which look...trashy with stuffs eg. old mattresses!! Also drive way get muddy in rainy season. Parking spaces are not enough during a busy season (right now with 'เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน' too. I should have take some picture but it is so scary that I think maybe too much to expose since the security guard person try his best to help make the parking experience at its best!

We had a short break and not sure where to stay. Made the right choice staying at this small but warm and cozy hotel. We booked a cheapest room but asked the front to show us more rooms. With his patient and service minded heart, we went for a bigger room that came with in-room breakfast service. There’re 3 choices and we picked the local ones. They were sent to us at the right time we requested and with full boxes. It was our sanctuary in the rainy days.
Love the mattress the most and all other little details. We made a good choice and will go back.

I stayed this hotel for a weekend during 18-19 January 2020 for one night. This hotel is luxury boutique hotel which the view is good and full of greens. The service of staff is 100% excellent. When I checked in at night, the front desk gentlemen takes care of you for the lighting at the stairs. He did help me to download the app grabs for taxi service. Another front desk lady is amazing. She assisted me for foreign currency even this is out of their works. Thanks very much Highly recommended this hotel.

Lovely hotel and services but they can upgrade some of the items like trash bin.
The parking would be the main issue here. There's a dog from neirbour too. Didn't get any bite. Breakfast are nice and gotta give all the credits to all the staffs. They are nice, polite and well-trained.

Its ok that i cant smoke inside, but to stand on the street to have a cigarette and a cup of coffee is not ok.

We stayed there for 3 nights at deluxe room type. The space is just right not too big or too small. The layout is proper and funtional. we booked via hotel website with the promotion code and its very good deal for me. over all is beyond my expectation.

不建議行動不便旅客入住，出入大堂及客房都必須上落樓梯。

熱水有時會不夠熱度。

問了職員，原來酒店剛開了2.5月，可能大堂職員未夠熟練有小插曲，check-in 時漏了還回passpor 俾我。

We made a right decision to book this hotel. This is our second time in Chiang Mai. The hotel has just opened. It's very new and very beautiful. We love the pool and our room. The breakfast box is tasty and very cute.

What I loved the most about the hotel was its design. It's very stylish and elegant, but at the same time gave you the comfort of home (I really wished I could bring the furnitures home with me). They really nailed it with attention to detail. All rooms have the garden view, which is beautifully arranged. Service was definitely a 5 star.

The overall experience was beyond my expectation! The decoration was amazing. Very nice touch on the breakfast set. 5 stars service! The staffs were professional. I really had a wonderful experience staying at K Maison Lanna Boutique Hotel. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
