Booked a suite It was filthy They moved me to a two queen but still charged me for the suite I was supposed to get a call from the manager to correct this but never heard from anyone Do not recommend
Everything
Check in was fast and easy. Interesting lobby with rock formation and glass ceiling. On site buffet restaurant was an interesting perk, although we didn't eat there. Beds were comfortable though. We didnt pay too much for the room, but when I heard my friend paid less for a nicer hotel downtown, I was disappointed
Very dated. Confusing layout. Stale smoke smell from previous years of allowing smoking. Pillows were not good. Felt old and dingy overall.
The Staff at your hotel is exceptional, kind, and goes out of their way to be very helpful
I did not have a jack for my phone, so I had to get one from the Front Desk.
The Ice machine did not work on my floor initially; however, a service technician did fix the problem.
Also, I had to get the Security Officer to plug in the television in my room. It had been disconnected.

Very old and dated. Comfortable clean beds but just generally run down. Furniture is so random and old.
THE STAFF AND THE ATTEMPS TO FIX THE ISSUES OF NO AIR CONDITIONING. IT WAS TOO HOT TO SLEEP IN THE BED. CRACKED WINDOWS. THE FIRST ROOM I GOT THE DOOR WAS OPENED BEFORE I WENT IN.

NO SUSTAINABLE AIR CONDITIONING WHICH RESULTED IN ME CHANGING ROOMS AS WELL AS NO FAN IN THE WASHROOMS. COULDN'T EVEN SLEEP IN THE BED BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TOO HOT
The smoking room.
One bed in the room needs to be replace with all the spring coming out and buldging that will not be comfortable to sleep on.
