Cons:

The couch is terrible to sit on also cold. very hard and to low, (the arms a back). Bed was ok, a little lumpy. People at front desk very pleasant. Prefer walk in shower.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was near many good restaurants and stores walking distance to the hotel. The room choices are great with a 2 bedroom 2 bath with living room and kitchen and tv in each room. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Maintenance needs to routinely check rooms for repairs needed to doors, cabinets and showers.

Pros:

Check in was fast and efficient. We spent some time in the room and found it to be spacious and clean. The bed and linens were soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and found there to be many restaurant options nearby.

Customer Service was 2nd to none!! Good Job!
Pros:

I was so impressed with the hotel customer service. Everyone at the front desk greeted you every morning. Breakfast was top tier along with the workers. The rooms may need to be updated, but the didn't bother me.

Great location. There are restaurants and bars all around the area.

The only issue was the spa being closed our entire stay. Would have been nice in the evening when it cooled down some.

Pros:

It smelled of stale cigarettes and just dingy smell. The ac would not stay on below 70 and in Az it’s 114 outside
