Housekeeper was waiting at the elevator with us. When it opened, she rushed in with her cart.
Pros:

Room was outstanding. Decorated well and functioned well.

Cons:

The window looked out on a concrete wall with no view. Very depressing.

I truly like the kitchen area. The shower's water pressure was great!

Pros:

The room was huge, clean and the beds comfortable. The location to everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a full kitchen which was useful. Daily breakfast was also a bonus.

Cons:

The property is showing its age and is in need of a facelift. Worn carpet, peeling wallpaper and scuffed paint noticeable. The tv in the main living area did not work.

Pros:

Very convenient to Baylor, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for our late check in, need to leave early due to weather, and also held items we left in the room at check out to be picked up after our event before we left town. I will be back.

I wouls choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating.
The tv in my room didn't work and they changed rooms for me. Even cam to my room to reoivle shoot. The room was very clean.

Cons:

I was very tired and just wanted to go to bed and watch tv. Having the tv issues really impacted my stay since i was only there for 1 night and I was so tired. It was extremely taxing on me to change rooms, given my condition.

Great location and amazing staff.
Pros:

The location was central to everything we did. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super friendly, especially the 2 ladies that were taking care of the food for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names.

Cons:

The ac unit was extremely loud whenever it would come on. It scared our 2 year old granddaughter.

Pros:

The room was nice,although it smelled of garlic and didn't go away during our stay.

Cons:

Having to pay an extra deposit and it still is not returned 3 days later. Key card entry did not function second day.

Location! Staff.

Cons:

Furniture and carpeting throughout were dated.
Furniture in our room was tilted and tipping to the point the drawer on one night stand would not stay closed.
The chairs at breakfast were terrible. Covering them doesn't make them feel better.
