Terribly outdated & ugly hotel!!
Pros:

I would never recommend this hotel, it’s terribly old, and the color choices are such an eyesore. The breakfast waffles weren’t hot. The door to my bedroom didn’t even close. Our closet was missing a sliding mirror. The sofa bed was absolutely absurd, all you could feel were springs. The couch doesn’t even have any pillows! And the pillows for the bed are tiny. The color choices are the most awful thing ever. Red, orange, yellow and blue? The elevator was tiny and sounded sketchy. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please don’t come here.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Very Clean older facility in the middle of town. Walk to Magnolia, the bridge etc in minutes so a great location. Rooms were large and clean. This would be a great place for a businessman or businesswoman to stay for a week.

Just poor hated the room, dismal sums it up!
Pros:

Good breakfast and selection. Sat at a Walbly stool table!

Cons:

Entire hotel is very tired and desperately needs updating; painting, furniture, color scheme, bathroom mildew over calling, just very poor disappointing for the Marriott name!!

Good location but in need of a refresh.
Pros:

Situated close to the university and downtown Waco.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of an update and is shabby. The rooms are a good size but spoiled by the dated and worn out appearance.

Cons:

Room poorly maintained - had to shove door to open and slam door to close it. Desk lamp blinked constantly. Toilet seat shifts when you sit down.
