We didn't even get to stay there they were overbooked and refuse to refund our money.

Horrible nasty place. Would not refund. We left without staying.

The breakfast, and that I didn't havea T.v. for 3 days

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, we did not receive housekeepers during our stay. There were what appeared to be rat droppings on the floor by the bed and the walls were so thin I could understand the words in the music playing in the next room. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9 but when I went at 8:30 all that was out was juice, coffee and bread for toast. This fell short of what was pictured in the hotels amenities.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences that fell well below expectations for the price and service level. I found blue chew packages on the stairs in the hallway. I’m not sure if you know what that is, but it’s not good and extremely unsanitary and I went back the next day to check on said stairs and it was still there. along with that the elevator feels as if it’s two days away from breaking every single time you use it it creeks and groans and is unimaginably hot.
The front desk staff member I interacted with was notably rude and unhelpful. When I requested towels one evening, he refused to retrieve any and instead told me I would have to wait until the following day. This was inconvenient and reflected poor customer service. There was also a piece of the bath in my bathroom that was lifting out of the bathtub.
The breakfast offerings were extremely limited—consisting mainly of toast, cereal with milk, and occasionally powdered donuts—with items frequently unavailable. Additionally, the elevator is outdated and excessively slow, making it frustrating to use. Most concerning, I discovered roaches in my room, which is unacceptable for any lodging establishment.
I understand minor issues can occur, but the combination of these problems significantly impacted my stay. I hope you will address these matters—particularly the cleanliness, staff training, and basic amenities—so future guests do not have a similar experience.

Even though I requested a non-smoking room, the entire floor and room smelled of cigarettes. I was not welcomed at check in. We have never had any issues staying at any Super 8 hotels but this was the first and last that we will be staying at.

• I discovered bedbugs on the pillow, and I woke up with multiple bites all over my neck.
• No breakfast was available in the morning. Spend 2 night $40 outside. See the picture.
• The TV and internet were not functioning.
• The room had a strong mold odor.
• There were black hairs on the pillows, indicating poor housekeeping.
• I reported the TV issue, but upon returning later, nothing had been resolved and no one followed up.
• Despite staying two nights, the bedding and towels were not replaced.
• After raising these concerns at reception, I was moved to another room.

Management is not responding with evidence on my emails. (Sent multiple emails).

1 star and never return again.
