Convenient comfort
Pros:

The comfort and price.

Cons:

The wifi is weak and most times it doesnt connect to the televisions on the upper floor.

Very clean room and linen, complimentary water, friendly and approachable staff.

Cons:

Stayed here twice on separate days. First time, someone had to go to my room to work the television. Once in, was told no Internet and the WiFi is shotty if at all. Since I basically had access to nothing (connection kept freezing), navigating the channels was time consuming and channels were a hit a miss, so I turned it off. Second time here, I figured the television would be good to use here but no, it was not. I couldn’t even get it to turn on. Kept getting a message to enter a code. I tried calling front desk from room phone but there was no dial tone. Reception said it does work, there just isn’t a dial tone. I tried calling a handful of times, yet heard nothing even after staying on the phone for a bit. (Ofc, she says she would pick up but I would hang up shortly thereafter. Go figure.) Anyway, I ended up having to call front desk using my cell phone. She said she couldn’t leave her desk to come up to set up my tv, and there was no one else to send up. So again, no television. [I’m new to the area and heard to expect rain so I wanted to access local news stations. Also, the hallways look dark, clammy, and are hot. I would stay again for the clean room and linen, and comfortable bed. But I wouldn’t bring my grandchildren with me. [I actually intend to bring my daughter and 3 grandchildren up here with me for a week. This hotel would not be where they stay.]

Honestly nothing. When we arrived the girl who was supposed to be checking us in was hanging out with her friends on the couches that were in the “lobby” area. She climbed over the counter to get to the computer

Cons:

The room had a smell of smoke and marijuana even though it was a non-smoking room. The floors were very sticky! And not just by the bed but also in the restroom. I had to clean everything for me and my family to feel a bit of comfort. The booking stated breakfast included but there was no breakfast provided. Not like we were going to eat anyway. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is if our room looked and smelled like that

Confortable, tres accueillant. Hotel sent très bon et dans les chambre aussi (mise a part les couloir qui sent la cigarette) et surtout tres propre
