The staff are always friendly
The place looks like a bomb went of all the time.
Holes in Comforter. Trash in elevator. Sketchy people hanging around outside, Overall feeling the place was run down.
Tracy was very helpful and friendly
They were remodeling, paint was every where the was paint on the floor on the rug. I definitely will not go back to that hotel
The breakfast buffet was only cold cereal bread and coffee

Rooms were clean, air conditioners worked very well.
Front desk was very unhelpful. Vending machines took cash but front desk didn't have change.

I did not dislike it, but unlike most other hotels, they insisted on a returnable damage deposit when I arrived after I had already paid for the room in March. Hopefully it will be returned in 4-5 days.

There was a LOT of construction going on throughout the hotel

No micro wave in the room only at the common area dining room
Breakfast was good light not anything heavy the location was good no problem finding the place
Liked everything
We have stayed here many times over the years and we were SO pleased with the renovations! The first floor is currently being completed. The other 3 floors are done. They look so clean and fresh. Such a big difference. The pillow top matress was awesome! We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed each one. Only criticism would be PLEASE... people need better toilet paper. That stuff that was in our bathroom was aweful. We bought our own. AND Please renovate the elevator too. It's quite shaky and noisy in a kinda scary way.😊
Cheap and close to the venue
Pissy staff, gross smell throughout the hotel, burn holes in the blankets. Everything was dirty. We just needed a place to crash bc we live 2 hours away. It worked, but gross and sketchy
