Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size.
Room was not clean. Shower walls, desk surfaces, carpet were dirty. They need to train ad supervise the cleaners and maybe hire more of them.
Also,breakfast was extremely limited.

The elevator was gross, we saw the floor mopped but dirt still in the corner of the elevator and the elevator walls were gross. The shower in the room was pretty gross and no water pressure at all

Hitel needs to hire someone to train cleaning staff!! Carpet in room was NASTY dirty, UGH!! Bed headboard was nasty....handprints, greasy hair spots, just awful. We cleaned it ourselves. La.ps not plugged in, TV remote needed batteries so we replaced them. Just very, very poor training of he housekeeping staff.

This hotel should be condemned!! I never write bad reviews but I have to with this hotel. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my socks where black. The walls had holes too. This is an absolute disgrace of living conditions

There was construction going on but I was told this before booking on first floor also the staff was great I was worried about arriving late due to airlines but was taken care of and front desk was great also met a person working there and she was taking care of breakfast buffet very kind and nice

This place was so disgusting that I left and booked another hotel. We stayed for one hour. I don't think that Wyndham would want their name associated with it. It was so bad that I took a video of it and shared it with family. The giant nasty stain on the carpet in the room was the least of my concerns. I did not want to sit on any furniture or touch any surfaces. The toilet flushed well, which is always appreciated. Holiday Inn is right across the street, stay there instead.

The front desk person didn’t know what he was doing. It took 30 minutes to check in and then he charged me 4 times for the same night. I’m still trying to get those transactions removed.

Nothing. The whole experience was bad.
The hotel was gross. I am understanding that they are renovating but our room had stains all over the carpet. There was hair in the sink. The shower had pervious guests shampoo and conditioner. Our room stunk with old cigarette smell. The over night staff seemed super sketchy. I asked for ice because the one that in a room is full of mold and is broken in multiple places. Do NOT recommend
