The location is great and the environment is serene

Cons:

The hotel needs some upgrades in appearance and facilities. The Tv in my room was broken not closet to hang my clothes

You should benchmark other hotels like Residence Inn, Holiday Inn, Double tree, Hilton, and Improve.
Pros:

The Location is at a good place' easily accessible. They have a good microwave in the kitchen area.

Cons:

They had poor breakfast. i heard even one of the visitors say "sickly breakfast..", they had less options in the kitchen. our room had only 1 small light working. no room services unless you request. (i thought room service should be automatic with or without request.) A lot of people were smoking near the entrance of the hotel- making us second hand smokers. The hotel itself smelled smoky. The furniture in the room are dirty and old. I had rude receptionist. No iron box in the room unless you request.

We made it work without a closet, and the bed was comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no closet in the room to hang up our coats or clothes. I've never stayed in a hotel room without a closet or place to hang up a coat. And there were 2 large red spots on the carpet--not sure what they were, but we stepped around them.

Don’t let the lobby fool you, room was way better
Pros:

Thank God the rooms didn’t look like the lobby. The lobby definitely needs some revamping. The chairs were all dirty and dilapidated. The rooms definitely didn’t match, the rooms were clean and very nice. I was very shocked we didn’t have a closet or an iron or an ironing board but it’s a okay.

Cons:

The lobby cleanliness, the waiting area had seats that were originally green but they are black and coming apart. I was super worried for my stay seeing this but thank God the rooms were WAY better than the lobby. Also the receptionist who was there , very nice lady

The attendant behind the desk when I arrived early was very personable and nice.

Cons:

Rented 2 rooms for an event in the area. Paid about $170ish per room for one night. Rooms were run down, dirty, and gross. Tv didn’t work in one room. Stains on the floor, on shower curtain, hair hanging off the curtains, etc. I refused to stay there and ended up leaving to drive 2 hours home at 9:30 pm. I will never stay there again. This hotel needs a major overhaul.
