Professional property host/manager
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The property is very beautiful with nice pictures and statues around. The room was spacious and nicely arranged. Breakfasts were sufficient. The location is absolutely great. The staff is polite and very responsive.
This magnificent 5 star hotel is directly situated on the Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg’s principal and majestic road, close to all the main attractions.
The hotel offers all the luxuries one has come to expect from the world famous Corinthia brand.
We were upgraded to Executive class by the very kind and helpful Natalia, the Reservations Manager. This was a game changer and we felt so pampered. Thank you very much!
St. Petersburg is indeed the Venice of the North and so worthy of a visit in anybody’s lifetime - and what better place to stay than the luxurious Corinthia Hotel.
I have spent for 2 days in July in this hotel. It is not my first time, I have been here a few years ago and I liked it then. Location is great, in the middle of Nevsky, quite close to Railway station as well as Rubinstein street, which is full of nice bars and restaurants.
The air conditioner in the room was not blowing cold, but on the contrary warm and the room temperature was 28C. I called the technicians first night, they came and did not do anything. They Tried the alternatives from the switch, as I have done before, and said they will come tomorrow again. No one showed up, and I spent 2 terrible humid nights in the room. The person next to me during the check out was complaining for the same thing so apparently this is a common theme.
Another not so pleasant experience was on the check out. They could not figure out half an hour how to charge my room the minibar expenses, and reverse from the deposit I paid during the check in. Finally they said they cannot figure out so they will try to do remotely. I cannot blame the young girls at the reception, they were interns or students apparently, and they were really struggling to help. They were discussing with a Senior Manager from the back office and coming back and trying to help, and going back for more advice. This mysterious person never showed up and tried to help. I think this is a management problem rather than a people problem.
I don’t think I will be back in the short term, until management figure out their issues, in investing in the people and hotel facilities.
I have stayed in this hotel 5-8July. About room similar 3even I can say small bath, small beds (twinsbed room 448 maybe king-size bigger I am not sure) room amenities are all you will find.
*Bed small
* Bath small
Furniture old
* Maintainance need
HOUSEKEEPING 7 out of 10
FB food quality is not high. Hushbrown was cold, eggs also cold even became hard to eat options are a lot
This was a bad experience for our family. We started our stay on a terrible note. First off, the receptionist kept us waiting for over an hour. Then, they had to charge us extra for a roll-away bed for my ten year old son. Later, we had to pay extra for our son's breakfast because the policy wasn't clear. We clearly stated on our VIP reservation that we had a 10 year-old son. The staff had us get a refund, but still, I would sincerely not recommend this hotel to any world-travelers.
I had the most amazing stopover in Corinthia St Petersburg. What I like the most about my stay were:
1. Smooth check in (around 5 min)
2. Complimentary late check out
3. Complimentary sweets
4. Cozy room with everything I needed
5. Super friendly staff
6. Beautifully decorated lobby
7. Booking experience with Ms Vladlena. Huge thanks to her for prompt assistance booking the room and answering all my questions.
It's a fantastic hotel to stay in. The location can't get better as it is right on Nevesky Prospekt. The quality of food is exquisite and the staff is extremely courteous. Cleanliness standards are top notch and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Stay at the hotel will make your visit to the beautiful city all the more memorable.
The Corinthia St Petersburg was fantastic, if you are staying in St. Peters there is no better hotel. The room was fabulous, the views breathtaking and the service friendly and courteous. Set on the Nevsky ave. it is close to all the activities and restaurants we wanted to visit. The restaurant in the hotel the Adorn had great breakfast choices, everything we tried was delicious. We will definitely recommend and return.

Had the worst check-in experience at this property. Totally stiff and unfriendly check-in staff. Never mentioned ahead that they require a PCR which is valid 48 hrs at check-in. Our flight was delayed and by the time we were checking-in it was at 49 hrs!! Didn't let us check-in at the least and told us to bring another PCR before they even let us in. Wouldn't cancel or refund as another 5-star property down the road were ready and more than accomdating to let us check-in at least and then go for a PCR. They have lost a loyal customer and never staying here again and neither recommending this property to anyone.
no vip access this time
everything is very good except the check in. it was vary bad and take very long time with out said sorry. bad behaviour of the staff. this was worst thing in st. Peters burg.
Everything was great
I assume this is one of the best hotels in the city. Deserved 5 stars.

Excellent!
The stay was quite and nice but upon check out I discovered a cigaret bud under my seat, even though we were checking out it was pleasant finding that. After advising the front desk about it, I was expecting a little more rather than “when yuh come back we will upgrade you”. Whatever.
Great reception approach to client, quick solving any issue. Very active and proactive personal. Friendly , i had feeling it is my home.
Personal appreciation to Barmen Aleksandr and Reception Desk !
Nothing specific to outline other than location and the historic building
Great hotel, nice staff!
They gave me a room 7 levels more than I expected
