Good location and price, nice rooms.
Pros:

The room is quite basic, but it was clean and bright, with a window that opened, and a sink. The shared bathrooms are fine, and the art deco section of the hotel is very striking.

Cons:

The breakfast items were old (stale bread, old fruit) and there was no cereal, despite there being a spoon.

Pros:

Breakfast room and reception area are beautiful. Breakfast was also very good. Comfortable bed and clean room with fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop nearby..

Cons:

No glasses or cups in room. Luggage storage beyond 4pm is not possible. The beautiful Reception Area is closed to guests returning in the evening which is a shame.

Pros:

El hotel está en un edificio con decoración art nouveau precioso, bien ubicado, tienen desayuno tipo buffet sencillo, buena relación calidad/precio

Cons:

No hay elevador, un poco complicado para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, un solo baño se comparte entre varías habitaciones.

Pleasant and good enough for a one night stay on my own. With the family I would go elsewhere.
Pros:

The check in and check out was easy even after/before reception hours. The room was clean and there was a coffee machine with coffee pods to start the day. There also was tea available and a small bottle of water.

Cons:

The room decoration is definitely dated. The lights were very dim and felt a little like going back to the 70s-80s when being in the room. The sound insulation is not adequate and the noice of footsteps was very evident coming from my neighbor above who had an early start (5am) and woke me up.

It absolutely worth it.
Pros:

It’s very clean and tranquil, and also it’s convenient. Most importantly, the staff were very patient and answered all our questions right away. It was such a pleasant stay.

A charming stay in a beautiful setting, slightly overshadowed by a complicated check-in experience.
Pros:

I very much enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent, as well as the charming and authentic interior of the property. The location is also a real highlight, perfectly situated within walking distance of spots like Café Kamiel and ‘M’as-tu vu’ at Cobra House. Also not too far from the Q-park and FOMU. Like less then 10min walk.

Cons:

The check-in process was unnecessarily stressful. I received numerous WhatsApp messages from different senders and even voicemail calls just to arrange arrival. This level of communication felt excessive and confusing. It would be far more efficient if staff were simply present at the check-in desk during standard hours, eliminating the need for all this back-and-forth.

Het ging wennen in 4 nachten. Maar Antwerpen was leuk en de omringende wijk ook fijn.

Ik heb geen ontbijt gehad, ik vond elke dag een nieuw papier over de wc bril of nieuwe kartonnen bekers overbodig ivm milieu

Cons:

Het bed was veeeelll te zacht, daardoor eerste nacht super slecht geslapen. Je kon daardoor ook niet goed zitten op het bed om te lezen. De kamer had geen extra gemakkelijke stoel om op te zitten. Kortom zit je lezend op de grond, voor houvast of houten bureaustoel. De kussen erg groot en onhandelbaar. Elke dag 4 schone handdoeken als je alleen bent is dan ook overdreven.

Pros:

My stay was short but wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, clearly recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable; I haven't slept this well in a long time. Plenty of towels and free water were a big plus.

Cons:

The only downside is that I had to get out of this comfortable bed and check-out

Tweede keer, het tegenovergestelde van de eerste keer.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en poging tot helpen van de man bij het inchecken.
Ik stond aan de deur, waar er op stond dat ik info zou moeten ontvangen hebben, maar deze had ik helaas niet ontvangen, toch heeft de man geprobeerd het best mogelijke te doen toen.

Cons:

De matras was een ramp, precies of veren ontploft waren.
Bij binnenkomst was er een badhanddoek ontbrekend, dit heeft het personeel goed opgelost.
De geur in de kamer, was echt zeer indringend, helaas heeft dit onder andere ook mijn slaap beïnvloedt.
