I had a wonderful stay at The Craftsmen Hotel in Amsterdam. The service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and very clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel was in a fantastic location making it easy to get around to all the main sites! The staff were super friendly and helpful and I had a beautiful breakfast every day overlooking the canal. I stayed in the smallest room, but it was a little larger than I expected and wasn't cramped for a solo traveller. Loved the decor! I was able to pop my Google Chromecast into the TV to watch my streaming services with no dramas! It was great that the hotel communicated via WhatsApp as I only had mobile data. Loved my parting gift too! Can't fault my stay and would love to stay again next time I visit Amsterdam :)
There was nothing I didn't like! Just a few things to take note of:
- the staircase is narrow, but there's a tiny lift where you can go up with your suitcase
- breakfast is from 8 but you can get a to go box if you're out and about earlier
- if you're a very light sleeper take some earplugs (the noise isn't excessive but a few creaks in the strong wind)

A truly beautiful hotel. Clean, quirky and special. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious. We hope to be back!
Unfortunately the Brewers room is noisy early in the morning being under the servery area. It didn't spoil our stay though and the hotel provide ear plugs!
Этот отель, - полет творчества дизайнера. Очень фотогеничный номер. В нем все необычно, - просто внимательно смотрите на фото:). Я не думаю, что этот отель подойдет для пары с детьми, несмотря на то, что номер большой и двухэтажный. Идеально подойдет для людей творческих. Завтрак прекрасный.
The hotel is charming and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. Our room was very romantic and had a wonderful view of the canal. The staff was extremely kind and happy to help with anything we needed. All in all, it was an amazing stay.

Where do I begin? I arrived after a very long day of travel. The staff were absolutely delightful! They took my bags, helped me get settled, and explained the layout of the area. There was even champagne waiting! A take-away lovely breakfast was arranged, because I had an early morning departure. I stayed in the Cartographer Room with a beautiful canal view. It was all just perfect.
There was nothing to dislike.
