Very rude and unfriendly staff.

Cons:

They don't provide drinking water. And the staff doesn't give you a proper explanation. Also they forcefully charge you even if you don't incur the cost. I had paid by EFTPOS on arrival. That time they didn't charge me any surcharge. But they deducted that from my holding deposit stating that it is a credit card surcharge. But I had paid by debit card and even didn't use contactless payment method. Upon asking they didn't give me a rational answer.

A comfortable stay with a few minor issues - will stay here again
Pros:

I have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. It's a great location with free parking, and a very comfortable bed. The shower had amazing pressure, and the bathroom was very clean. Although I didn't need to use them, the bathroom also had a washer and drier. I found the buffet breakfast quite good.

Cons:

Unwelcome Check In. Restaurant staff seemed grumpy too (only the room cleaners were friendly). I stayed on the first floor opposite the road and there were no sheer curtains so every passing car and pedestrian could see right into your room through the large floor to ceiling windows, so there was zero privacy! There were tracks for them, but they were removed. All I could do for privacy is close the backout curtains making the room very dark during the day.

Pros:

The staff were lovely. The room was pretty good. Was clean and tidy so that's the most important.

Cons:

Had to ask for extra pillows and we were told they dont usually give extra but we did get some so thats awesome. Buffet breakfast was not worth $30...$20 at a push 😮‍💨 only had white bread and cornflakes if you didn't want bacon and eggs. Some Granola and brown bread would not be hard to add.
