Found the check-in after hours process pretty tedious ended up talking to 3 different people before getting key

Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Such a pleasant surprise to have these facilities available in our studio room, loved it!. Even though we did not use them (cos didn't know they were going to be here), will definitely book again - home away from home! Thanks Ramada, you're the best!
Great big (structural) pole diagonally across the lovely window. We could still see outside and plenty of light, so no obstruction to watch the world go by, but never before been in a motel/hotel with something like that.
I arrived just after 7, and was greeted by the lovely staff at the front desk, making it very easy for me to settle in ... this was my first time ever booking its usually my other half who took care of this stuff, but I needed a night away from home and this made the perfect little get away... slept like a rock... woke to needing a breakfast coffee a cold coke ;) and the morning Staff was just as amazing ..
I will definitely be rebooking absolutely enjoyed my stay.

That the tear drop Saturday NIGHT Event customers took our carparks and we had to find carprking on the roads. Not happy. Would have expected our carparking to be accessible.

Restaurant under staffed for our kai on Sunday night, knowing there would be a big number of people ahead of time.
On Saturday night, there was a concert of sorts at the tear drop, when we got back later that night,all Ramada carparking was filled with those people cars. I even had words with a few of them and told them to move out of the concrete reserved parking. They did not. Not happy as had to find road parking
