Pros:

Friendly staff, we checked in online before arriving and it went really smoothly. Nice size rooms with all amenities needed, aircon was good. Buffet breakfast in restaurant downstairs was decent, and pretty close to shopping / restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

Cons:

Walls are quite thin, so there was quite a lot of noise overnight from other guests. Also a few stains on carpet etc, outside view from window was the roof but covered in lots of rubbish (looked like it had been thrown from a higher floor?) as our window wasn't able to be opened it couldn't have been from our floor.

breakfast was limited and they didn't top up the buffet, we have to request staff. coffee is not included in the breakfast only tea. didn't specify when we book for breakfast

Disappointed
Cons:

Staff in the bar/cafe weren't great, no coje. Happy hour consisted of 2 bottled beers. Don't think they spoke English? Walked around like a wermt week!

Close to Auckland airport
Pros:

Location was great for the Auckland Airport. Limited breakfast choices.

Cons:

On arrival I was advised our room was on the second floor. I explained I had already messaged the hotel for a ground floor room as I do not use lifts and it had been confirmed to me. This was done 6 weeks before we arrived. Was told no ground floor room was available. When I said we would have to go elsewhere we were allocated an upgraded ground floor room. I don't think this was an upgraded room just a standard one and they had just re-read my message.

Quick and easy
Cons:

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, had roll together. Also a the sheet moved and there was a bad stain on the mattress right by the pillow. The traffic noise was bad, the other side of the building is better

Pros:

location was good as we always stay with you

Cons:

We went for breakfast and there was hardly any cooked foods there left and when asked if we could have some eggs they said no. So it was not as it should be. Very dissappointing when we are loyal stayers

Was ok but definately did not enjoy the room
Pros:

The staff are very friendly

Cons:

The bed was rockhard and the pillows and cushions were as flat as pancakes!

There were dirty fingermarks that hadnt been wiped off the walls and huge amount of dust on the top of a huge bar across the room window.
