The hotel is fantastically located for easy access to Auckland’s harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and ferry to Waiheke island and boat trips.
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you.
We’ve been here twice and it’s our go to place when visiting family in Auckland. Can’t fault it for service, comfort and location. We will definitely come back again.
A great view of the city and harbour, very lively on the weekend you can hear the city noises when you step onto the patio and then have peace and quiet when you relax in your room. This is suited for a more professional stay highlighted by the decor, ambience and design of the hotel however this is not somewhere I would bring my family or children as it felt like a large corporate space with no personality.
Perfect, staff lovely, room was generous, bell hop and valet great, welcomed back by both valet staff and front desk staff

Everything was Gorgeous 😍 the room was & mostly the staff. Th3 Spa was lovely too. I had 2 fabulous massages. A thoughtful staff member organized an Amazing takeaway breakfast for me as I had an early flight. So sweet.

This team truly understands the meaning of hospitality. They arranged a baby sitter, took care of our vehicle and luggage and always super friendly and helpful every minute of our stay.

The spa is amazing and not to be missed.
Restaurant and bar are great.
Location is perfectly situated in the waterfront and close to all pins and restaurants.
Rooms are sound proofed that you dont hear anything outside.
The App is so easy to use with so many great function like checking in, digital key (so you dont need to worry about loosing the key card), reviewing the room charges and checking out.
Overall, couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay.
What a superb HighT they offer. We think the best in Auckland. Our group was 14 adults. All friends. They catered for us with ease. Beautifully presented. Tasty and delicious. Even a glass of bubbles to start. Our 3rd High T here. As a Tour company this place is a go to. Weve tried many venues in Auckland. We feel there is none at this level.
