Stunning location.
Pros:

My husbands favourite hotel, booked for his birthday. Lovely location. we had a lovely two night stay, beautiful location. Stunning breakfast and service. The room was lovely and bed so so comfortable, ask for extra pillows!!

Pros:

The room was spacious with ample storage space. My husband especially loved the wooden table; it was very practical. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything is fine. I hope there will be more food options for breakfast, such as boiled eggs and vegetables.

Cons:

Checkin person charged the card with accomodation and security deposit and additional amount on top of that without notifying me.

Stayed there for 7 days. Was trying to get late check out without success since the only flight available is a night flight which meant i needed to leave the hotel at 5 pm. There was no good guest service at all when it comes to understanding guest needs when its not like in my control

Amazing Hotel with the best location and pleasant staff.
Pros:

The twin room configuration was superb for me and my family. The room is well furnished and maintained. The breakfast is awesome. The hotel has superb views. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Stayed many times at Park Hyatt Auckland, and it never disappointed me. Loved to come here every time.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Rooms are large and tastefully appointed. Beds are super huge (almost too big) and really comfortable. Awesome shower. The gym is excellent and uncrowded mid morning. Friendly staff. A pleasant stay.

Badezimmer sehr kalt. Eine Bodenheizung wäre Mega. In Winter sehr unangenehm.

We Loved the Park Hyatt Auckland!
Pros:

Wonderful three nights enjoying downtown Auckland at the Park Hyatt Auckland. The location was easy to walk to downtown. The breakfast & staff at Onemata was excellent. The views from the docks outside the hotel look over the entire city- so beautiful! We watched the sunrise each morning from our suite. The staff and hotel as a whole are fantastic. Will stay here again the next time we are in NZ!

Pros:

I loved this hotel. Everything was great. Park Hyatt's never disappoint. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even planned a takeaway breakfast for us at 5am. Beautiful property in a prime location.
