Dinner was excellent and well timed. Highly recommend the lamb shanks. Pleasant staff.
the bed would have benefited from a sheet as well as a duvet and possibly a throw. The room was an upgrade (thanks) with viaduct views but the local populace is very noisy all night long and you might be better with an interior room. The bedside tables could have been a little cleaner, but i quibble.
Loved the location and the pool/hydrotherapy.
Loved it!
It feel luxurious even if you do not have the most expensive room
Great hotel, huge rooms with lots of space and beautiful amenities.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
Just led loved the design of room and building
Convenient
Breakfast was bland
Staff communication was poor
Absolutely perfect place to stay in Auckland!
The physical aspects of the hotel were excellent.
The staff in general were rude, unhelpful, never responding to requests (could never recommend your hotel to anyone0.
No point in contacting me)

The hotel is fantastically located for easy access to Auckland’s harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and ferry to Waiheke island and boat trips.
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you.
We’ve been here twice and it’s our go to place when visiting family in Auckland. Can’t fault it for service, comfort and location. We will definitely come back again.
A great view of the city and harbour, very lively on the weekend you can hear the city noises when you step onto the patio and then have peace and quiet when you relax in your room. This is suited for a more professional stay highlighted by the decor, ambience and design of the hotel however this is not somewhere I would bring my family or children as it felt like a large corporate space with no personality.
Perfect, staff lovely, room was generous, bell hop and valet great, welcomed back by both valet staff and front desk staff
