The hotel itself is very clean and grand as expected from 5*. The room itself was a lot smaller than expected but was clean and had a connecting room which is helpful for families.
Housecleaning staff were rude. They were not happy when we told them we were still in the room and asked if they could come back later. They wanted to clean around us with 2 young kids (as an adult was in the shower) and was annoyed that we wouldn’t let them. Reception staff on the other hand were great.
Comfortable Location.Around 30min drive from Guilin West railway.Near many attraction like elephant trunk hill.Lively.
We had booked club twin room.Room was smaller than expected.Bed enough for single person per bed only.No bathroom slippers provided.Freeze was empty.Many 3-4 stars provide free drinks,water in China.View was amazing though.

All good specially location , AVON jiang was the best to support from hotel staff . Guided a lot. First time I write any review just because of her.
Location was excellent. Next to the pedestrian street and elephant hill and Pagodas. The hotel is in front of a beautiful wide riverside walkway.
Rooms are not as big, but good size. Beds are ok not as confortable as other Sheratons but good enough.
Breakfast very good and in a very nice open area.
Concierge very helpfull and very nice gentleman ( only little english) The concierge help us book a boat cruise down the Li River for a beautifu scenery and rich landscape culture, and he help us to have a personal driver who pick us up at the end of the cruise at Yangshou and drive is to the Ruyi Peak Ropeway, then drive us back to Guilin.

Les chambres sont froides. Le personnel n’est pas très compétent. Et surtout le petit déjeuner est de mauvaise qualité.
L’hôtel était bien situé, la chambre était propre et conforme à la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible et assez cher. Et le personnel ne parle pas anglais, c’est pénible pour se faire comprendre.
