Pros:

El hotel es muy grande y las instalaciones si bien se ven antiguas están bien cuidadas, el gym es completo y con vistas a la piscina. Nuestra habitación muy grande y cómoda. La comida es muy variada y de buena calidad. Soy celíaca y pude comer sin gluten pasta y crepes todas las mañanas. Recomiendo a las personas que necesiten comida sin gluten informarlo y hablar con la encargada del comedor que es súper amable y te ayuda con todo La playa es muy linda y hay muchas actividades para hacer. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, super amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo.

Cons:

Las bebidas no nos gustaron mucho. Y en el comedor los carteles que indicaban los alérgenos de las comidas podrían estar más claros, si bien hay cosas sin gluten podrían estar mejor indicadas.

I have spent a great moments and rest with my family.

Good location, clean the staff was great

Cons:

Big rooms and clean, swimming pool and beach was great. The AC was not working perfectly I thinks because of the lack of power that Tunisia has experienced in summer, but was acceptable.

Pros:

The beach being right there at the hotel is amazing. The staff are super friendly and nice. The decor is beautiful

Cons:

The air con in the room was poor, remaining at 28 degrees despite having it at coolest strongest air on. More pest control for the ants would be good. The food was good, at 4 star level, not 5 star.

Playas paradisíacas
Pros:

Las actividades programadas , la instalaciones en la playa excelentes

Cons:

Las piletas eran inaccesibles, misteriosamente desde muy muy tempranas horas todas las reposteras aparecían reservadas ( descubrimos que era por que el bañero las reservaba para quienes le daban propina con anterioridad)
El piso de las piletas y pasillos exterior eran muy resbaladizos no tenían las medidas de seguridad adecuadas

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel pour les tunisiens. Une expérience horrible que j’ai eu.

La mer et la plage

J’ai réservé un Bangalow vue sur mer et j’ai au départ un bangalow vue sur terrain.
Lors de ma réclamation, au départ le réceptionniste m’avait dit qu’on n’a pas des bangalow sur mer, cela n’existe pas. Suite à l’intervention de son supérieur, j’ai eu un bangalow vue sur mer.
Je suis parti pour fêter l’anniversaire de mon mariage et j’ai souffert pour faire une surprise à me femme avec un gâteau et l’attitude des serveurs étaient trop bizarres.
L’intervention de leur supérieure a permis de régler le problème mais après 5 ou 6 aller retours.
J’ai jamais sent autant de non respect dans un hôtel.
Au départ, le bagagiste n’a même pris la peine de nous aider avec les bagages.
