The hotel staff was simply amazing, professional, and courteous. One young man stuck out. His name is CYRUS. His personality and service were so contagious. He was like a part of the family and made sure our church group had everything we needed during breakfast. He even found my earbuds that had dropped out of my pocket and made sure they were returned to me. Cyrus was the 'icing on the cake' of our several day stay. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you all so much. Anyone deciding to stay there, please ask for Cyrus during breakfast.
Other than the water pressure, there is really nothing either remarkably good nor bad about this hotel. The executive lounge on the 9th floor is open 24 hours and it’s nice to be able to grab a bottle of water, but their fridge was not well stocked
Again my big issue is the awful water pressure in the shower. Simply not acceptable.
The place was clean. The decor is modern but just field cold, and I personally found it unpleasant. One other note the TV remote did not work well.

The lady at check in was a DOLL!!!!! Such kind people - comfy beds and such clean rooms!!! We come to Columbus often and will ALWAYS stay here now!!!!!

The room was terrible. Broken shower head. Refrigerator barely made things cool. Couch was obviously broken with replacement cushion. Worst of all, the air did not work
Our only issue was the room. It had a sewer smell. We got in super late and didn’t notice until in the morning that on the wall near the toilet paper stand it looked like someone had put poop prints on the wall.

Great location for where I needed to be in the Columbus area. The staff was very friendly both at the reception desk and at the breakfast buffet. Even the cleaning staff said hello when we passed them in the hallways. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean.
They were doing a little construction and some of the fixtures in the room had a little wear and tear but nothing that really detracted from our stay.
