Wore my shoes the whole time in the room.

Room was dirty, front desk was notified twice and floors still never got cleaned. Shower had mold overall not what i expected at a sheraton I felt like I was staying at the red roof next door.

Beautiful property, close enough to the expo center but far enough away from high traffic and congestion. Lovely staff!

Great stay but offer free breakfast please.
Pros:

Room was great. Everything was clean. I liked the free water bottles

Cons:

Bed was a little firmer than what I like. We didn't gey breakfast because it was an additional $15 and we don't eat a big enough breakfast to pay that much extra. Most hotels breakfast is included.

would have been great if the A/C worked. and someone actually cared!
Cons:

air conditioning didn't work, and the fridge was not working properly. Maintenance came and looked at it, and brought me a fan, he said it was working, but it was not.... he didn't speak English very good, so I knew I wasn't getting anywhere. I let the front desk know about it in the morning, but they didn't seem to be concerned about it, she did say.....sorry about that. I have stayed here before on my business trips to Columbus. I think I'll try somewhere different next meeting...

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Absolutely recommend.
Pros:

Very clean and safe parking lot.

Cons:

There really wasn’t a place to sit. Outside unless you were by the front door.

It was ok

Cons:

I felt like the hotel was standard, but required luxury pricing. I took a shower and after the shower, it must have turned on the smoke detector and for 10 minutes I had piercing sirens going on at 7 AM while I finish getting ready.
