It was very comfortable,and fun to play in the indoor and outdoor pool

The property was so clean and everyone is so polite I wish could have stayed a little longer the buffet breakfast is great and the staff really go the extra mile there make sure your satisfied
It was in a good location, security was good.
Loud road noise from the highway. The indoor pool had a weird film on top and the outdoor pool was cold and had a bunch of grass floating.
The room was very hot. We got the living room area to cool down but the bedroom was sweltering. Shower took forever to warm up.

We were told one price, then was charged significantly more and they just said the system did it not them. Basically blamed using a 3rd party to book.
The location of Sheraton Suites is great. It’s easy to reach shops and restaurants by car in a few minutes and there’s a cinema very near by. It feels a safe and pleasant area to be in especially for families.
The pool is good although around the pool on the floor could have been kept a bit cleaner during the day. The pool is open until 10 at night and is shallow enough for young kids to enjoy.
The manager was visible and friendly, walking around the hotel and stopping to chat.
The beds are very comfortable and the suites are good for families.
We’ve stayed at the Sheraton Suites the last three years and it feels like it’s getting worn and tired since our first stay. The door in the men’s toilets in reception was broken, some cupboard doors in the room were broken, there are screw holes visible in the bedroom walls around the sliding door rails. This wouldn’t have been too bad if cleanliness was good but unfortunately it wasn’t. There was dust everywhere on all the surfaces in our room. There were bits and hairs left in the shower, there were dirty marks on the walls, door handles and towel rails. There was yellowing around the sink. It felt like the cleaning was minimal with no attention to detail. During our stay, although the cleaners came in to the room every day, they didn’t hoover and dust was left on surfaces. They just seemed to make the beds with a quick wipe round the bathroom but with no attention to detail. One of the days, two of the three beds weren’t made at all so the cleaning was hit and miss. There were six of us staying in a family suite and we were given only three or four towels every day when they were changed and had to phone every day to ask for more towels. Although they were delivered to the room quickly, we had to keep asking and the lady on reception was unhelpful and rude. She made us feel like we were being a nuisance.
The beds were really comfy but we noticed that on all three beds in our room, the quilts inside the sheets were dirty and stained which was really off putting.
Overall, the manager is friendly and approachable and the hotel is underlying a good hotel in a great location but it feels like the hotel is being allowed to get shabby and the cleanliness is not up to standard. The reception staff are not very friendly or helpful.

Room was amazing for the price, staff go above and beyond to assist you with anything. Amazing bed and linen. The included slippers and robes were a nice touch, however the slippers were a little small.
A little bit of occasional highway noise, occasional door slamming from the hall way throughout the night
