My son stayed here for work & his car was vandalized along with others. They should have a disclaimer warning you about the potential for theft. Also, they didn’t even offer to pay for the window damages.
Everything! The night manager - Muslim woman- was super polite and easy to talk with.
I couldn't stay longer, this time!
Nothing
This was way below the average exprience i had compared to Sheraton hotels. The room had a smell. Tvs were old. The sheets had mold. When we confronted staff about it nicely we were told that what we were describing was not mold instead of listening and paying attention, after i showed them a picture i took they tried to hide it by making me doubt it was mold when it clearly was. We left one day prior and were happy to be back home and get out of that place.
The room was exactly as pictured. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking.
The room had a bad smell upon entering. We used some body spray and didn't notice it after.
Staff was amazing i love the elevator safety feature. Quiet during sleep hours was good and pool was full at the moments but my kids still had a blast. The bar was nice and the staff was helpful.
I loved staying so everything was to my liking.
I loved how friendly the staff were, and how clean everything was..the bed was immaculate, had the best sleep I've ever had in over 10 years..parking lot has cameras, very safe neighborhood, def will use again in the future..I highly recommend Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington!!
There is nothing I didn't like
The second room was nice and the air conditioning worked great.
The first room we were in the air conditioning didn't work. The pool was not clean and we couldn't allow our kids to swim in it.
Wonderful room. Looked recently remodeled.
Unfortunately had small fire alarm problem. Had to walk down 8 floors twice from alarm
