Poor manager...dragona
Pros:

They put me in a room that is so loud I cannot sleep. I have been lied to by tge manager about othet possible rooms. Now I packed up and they told me opps, they couldn't help me!!! The room is old and run down. The lamp shades have to be 20 years old, they are all yellow and cracked. Poor excuse for a hotel. Go somewhere else!!!

Overall great, would recommend and will stay again.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. so very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We requested a crib and it was confirmed with the reservation but when we got to the room. it wasn't there. We called and they said they would send up and it was taking a while. I had to call the office again.

While not dirty, it dont feel it was as clean as to be expected for the price paid.

Pros:

Staff was amazing and treated me with kindness. Helped me with all my problems and made it easy to check in and out. My room was also very clean and well put together for a compact space

Pros:

My car along with 9 others in the parking lot were broken into (smashed window and missing contents of console, which was just napkins and usb cables). This happened shortly before the security guard came on duty for the night. I was parked within view of the front door and under a street light. After a quick search, it seems that this is a repeated issue at this and other hotels. Beware.

Cons:

When we were checking out of the room, some of the belongings we placed next to the elevator were stolen immediately. Since there was no camera on the 3rd floor, the reception almost didn’t deal with the issue.
