Really liked the option for indoor and outdoor pool. Enjoyed the Starbucks flavored coffee options. Good sized room for the price.
Not very clean. Dirty forks at the buffet, ants on the floor of the restaurant area. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Housekeeping language barrier caused issues with retrieving items like pillows. Then, Pillow received didn’t have a pillowcase. Didn’t have a do not disturb sign in room.

A local church held crusade day 3 of stay - lots of ppl & noise in. Lobby - that was unexpected
Perfect.room set up
Sheets for sofa bed were not in the room but we did not discover that until bedtime. Keep a sealed bag of fresh sheets and blanket in the closet maybe?
The cleanliness.
The elevators are too small.
The place was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to refund us for the inconvenience of no air when the weather was 100 degrees
There was no air conditioning and from what other guests told us it was out for the entire week that they had been there. We were not told about this or we would have gone to another hotel.
