Very good staff. Outdoor pool clean and tidy.
Looks wonderfully inviting when you pull up and very luxurious for the price upon entering.
Room service was very good. A bit pricey but worth not having to fight traffic.
Although our room was comfortable overall, we had a damaged faucet, toilet was kinda slow, the door entry device fell apart night 2 so we couldn't get in and out of room after that because the key card wouldn't work. And the floors had something black tracked in, we saw a half dozen spots or so upon arrival, thinking it was stained but after walking around for a bit, we noticed it tracked all over the tile, so we had to clean it all up. Stains on the bedroom carpet we left alone although you could tell one carpet cleaning would have taken care of that. If all this wasn't wrong it would've been an exceptional deal.

Very pretty
The shower definitely needs some extra attention too. There’s body wash residue running down the shower walls, hair strands all over the shower, and even dry hair strands on the “clean” folded towels.
The staff was friendly and breakfast was ok
The room was dirty and for the price and pictures online it was not as expected. Stains on the couch and carpet, crumbs and hair that hadn't been vacuumed and when we moved rooms the second suite was not much cleaner. The rooms also smelled funky. The pools both needed skimming too.

Hallway noise loud. Could use more counter space in room. Needs more chairs around pool. Pool is small with and odd space. We stayed for 4 days. A change in breakfast buffett offerings would be nice. Beds were ok
