Ein wunderbarer Familienbetrieb mit Herz und Leidenschaft.
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schöne und moderne ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts.
Unser Zimmer befand sich im ersten Stock, es hatte ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch welches an einen Gang zum Bad und separater Toilette angrenzt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnbereich getrennt und beide haben einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Dorfkirche und die Berge.
Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich, vor allem die Besitzer sind sehr um das wohl der Gäste bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und die Eiergerichte werden frisch zubereitet.
Das Abendessen ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, die Hauptspeise kann aus Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch gewählt werden.
Eine weitere Besonderheit ist das nachmittags Angebot mit süßen und pikanten Köstlichkeiten, dazu Kaffee, Tee und hausgemachter Eistee/Punsch.
Es war eine wundervoller Aufenthalt und wir können dieses Erlebnis jedem weiter empfehlen.

Pros:

Hotel jsem vybrala jen kvůli slíbenému pokoji s výhledem na hory a balkonem. Dostali jsme pokoj v přízemí naproti vyvýše
Pros:

Ubytování je opravdu super pro rodiny s dětmi, wellness a dětské bazény byly asi to nejvíc pozitivní na celém pobytu.

Cons:

Hotel jsem vybrala jen kvůli slíbenému pokoji s výhledem na hory a balkonem. Dostali jsme pokoj v přízemí naproti vyvýšené cestě a velkému listnatému stromu, který celý výhled zastínil a tak místo do hor jsme se dívali do listí. VELKÉ ZKLAMÁNÍ jelikož jsem hotel vybrala jen kvůli výhledu. Po stížnosti na bookingu nám nabídli na druhý den jiný pokoj, který však byl bez balkonu a ještě s tučným příplatkem! Jiní hoste s krásným výhledem který nám byl slibovány nám říkali, ze pokoje vedle nich jsou prázdne. V pokoji jsem si také zabodla do palce střep. Ložní prádlo jsme měli celý pobyt stejný a jeden den nepřišel úklidy úplně. Personal v restauraci místo toho aby s Vámi komunikovali, tak se vás snaží vytrestat zbytky jídla které dítě shodí na zem (a vy si toho nevšimnete) tím že ho nechají položeny až do rána na židličce, nebo když si jdete načepovat pití z automatu chvilku po snídani přidáním položek na účet, místo toho, aby řekli, že je to třeba zakázáno, tak Vás takto potrestají účtem rano. Toto jednání mi přišlo naprosto sprosté a nikdy jsem se s tím nesetkala v žádném hotelu!
Pokud nemáte polopenzi nemusíte se navečeřet, protože jídlo vaří na počet nahlášených hostů a plnou penzi. O nic ale nepřicházíte jidlo nic moc.

Pros:

We always needed to the wait and ask it got filled up.

Cons:

Booking.com was very expensive. For the price cuisine and serving was too moderate. Suite not wirth the price because teenager was charged extra.
Swimmngpoom was public therefor crowded. fitness room far to walk and not comfortable as walking through wet area in swimming pool was needed

Very nice, top service stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were comfortable. The food was great. Loved the access to the pool although the hours were strange. The coffee hour was a great touch.

Cons:

The bed pillows were very flat. We would have appreciated a few more pillows or firmer pillows.
