Location was great. It was clean. It was comfortable but when there’s a problem, the staff needs to step up a little bit

The location was nice and it was clean

Cons:

During the night my air conditioning unit started to make a lot of noise. I actually videoed it told the desk worker and they could’ve basically cared less offering me. A discount would’ve made things a lot better but instead they offered me free breakfast. But they already have free breakfast so they didn’t offer me anything the noise was horrible no sleep at all. Don’t have a photo, but I have a video of the AC units basically screaming, but I can’t upload a video on your website.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the shuttle was very convenient. Pool area was great also.

Cons:

Room was a little dirty. There was a used wet rag in the shower. One bed seemed slightly broken and made quite a bit of noise while sleeping. Price was also kind of high for the room quality.

My room was comfortable and the staff were super friendly.

Cons:

My room was not replenished every day. The last full day there, nobody came to clear out dirty towels or take the trash.
