Pros:

I have made a booking there over a month ago… it was supposed to be without prepayment but they charged the whole amount of the stay . I have cancelled the reservation in time etc but never got my money back!! Until now impossible to reach nobody answers the phone when it transfers you get another hotel and they promise to call back but nobody does. I will file the complaint .. ridiculous never happened to me before
