Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban bien y limpias, el desayuno bueno también

Cons:

La ubicación no está mal del todo, pero eso es un hotel, se supone que es para que la gente pueda descansar, pero tuve muy mala experiencia porque en la parte de atrás queda un estadero y hubo música muy fuerte, tambores y todo hasta las tres de la madrugada. Imposible dormir así. Por eso no me gustó y preferíria no volver

Nada, las imágenes no corresponden a la realidad, el hotel está en decadencia, la zona es muy fea

Teniamos desayuno incluido y nisiquiera había café, ni agua.
La zona era muy fea y ruidosa, las instalaciones estaban viejas y descuidadas las llaves de la regadera se caían muy mal en verdad fue una mala experiencia

Crappy stay. Stayed at a friend's house 2/3 of the time.
Pros:

The location is very centric. That's all that can be a minor positive.
Cleaning staff friendly.

Cons:

I skipped breakfast, not appealing the me.
The coffee was tolerable with enough sugar and milk.
Nowhere to park because it's dead square downtown and hotel has no parking.
Everywhere around there are street parties. Can't sleep.
Windows don't close well so can't block off the noise.
Toilet seat not locked in place. Have fun!
Staff uninterested about anything.
They don't answer on the booking app.
They probably won't even see this review nor care about it.

La Sra. del servicio a la habitación me devolvió mi cartera donde tenía mis documentos, dinero y cosas personales cuando me había cambiado d habitación la dejé olvidada, estoy muy agradecida con ella porque de otro modo no hubiera podido retornar a mi país, muchas gracias por su honestidad y apoyo.

No cumple las expectativas generadas por calificaciones previas de otros visitantes.

La ubicación es excelente. Las camas son cómodas y el espacio es aseado.

Cons:

El personal puede ser mucho más amable, parecen ofenderse cuando se les pregunta por alguna alternativa de parqueadero dado que el hotel no cuenta con uno propio, visitábamos Puerto Colombia por primera vez, tuvimos que dejar el carro en la calle trasera del hotel sin garantía de resguardo seguro. El desayuno fue muy decepcionante para todo mi grupo de cinco personas, esperaba mucho más dado que varios visitantes previas lo habían valorado como bueno.

estadia ok parqueadero malo

esta bien ubicado en el centro y se puede disfrutar sin preocupaciones

Cons:

el parqueadero me dijeron que podria dejar el carro enfrente del hotel pero tienen un nido de palomas que me cagaron todo el carro el siguiente dia iba para un lugar que no podia llevar el carro asi de sicio fue un desagradable experiencia.

Cons:

Es imposible pensar que en un hotel quiten el agua todas las noches. Pero en ese pasa esto. Tenaz... no tienen tanque de reserva y lo dejan a uno sin agua. el desayuno muy muy básico muy regular... las instalaciones no impiden que el ruido de la discoteca que afuera afecte el descanso. La verdad no volveré...
