1. Al llegar había demasiado ruido debido a que había una fiesta en el primer piso y otro evento con orquesta en un piso superior. Por tanto, había demasiado ruido.
2. El hotel nunca me informó que habían esos eventos y que terminaban a la 1:30 a.m esta información me la dieron al llegar a la recepción porque preguntamos sobre el ruido y si lo escucharíamos en las habitaciones. A esta pregunta respondieron: "solo hasta la 1:30 a.m."
3. El desayuno tipo "buffet" es bastante decepcionante. Te dan las frutas más baratas del mercado y no colocan los huevos a disposición, por tanto, no puedes repetir si se te antojan más huevos.
4. Si deseas ver netflix, debe ser desde tu sesión. Debes pagarlo adicional.
5. La habitación no tenía persianas o cortinas oscuras, por tanto, si disfrutas de habitaciones en las que no te llegue toda la luz a pleno amanecer, no es una buena opción.
6. No es un sitio en el que se pueda descansar cuando hay evento. Pregunta anticipadamente.
7. Decepcionante el precio vs la calidad.

Pros:

El hotel es excelente, en comfort lo valoré con un nivel bueno sin ser la más alta puntuación porque para llegar a la recepción debes subir escaleras, además el ascensor es muy pequeño. Todo lo demás es excepcional.

no me gusto que justo el dia que me hospede hubo un evento dentro del hotel lo cual me pareció malo porque estaba realmente cansado y no pude descansar bien debido al ruido, recomiendo que integren aisladores acústicos porque para ser un hotel tan bueno eso deja malas experiencias de resto todo bien

The location is great, right in the center of town near several historic churches and the Gold Museum. They have security guards and cameras, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is great too and a good value. I will stay here again next time I’m in Pasto.
