Cons:

Nous avions réservé en non annulable. Il y a.eu une alerte typhon et n'avons pas pu prendre le bateau. Aucune compréhension de l'établissement, aucun geste commercial.

新しいホテルのあり方

床鋪乾淨，採自助式入住，但停車位只有2個，先搶先贏的。

Cons:

房間沒有窗簾，晚上房間沒有辦法全黑、早上睡覺會被光線影響，可惜沒戴到眼罩遮眼。

上記がなければ良かった。
Cons:

グランドベース別府のエントランスのインターフォンについて、強く確認を押下しないと反応しない。直してほしい。
そのため、入場できなかったので、連絡先に電話したが、なかなか繋がらない。無人であるため非常に不安だった。この2点改善をして欲しい。
