上記がなければ良かった。
Cons:

グランドベース別府のエントランスのインターフォンについて、強く確認を押下しないと反応しない。直してほしい。
そのため、入場できなかったので、連絡先に電話したが、なかなか繋がらない。無人であるため非常に不安だった。この2点改善をして欲しい。

安い！駐車場に停められた場合は便利。部屋が広くベッドが多い。テレビも大きい。くつろげた。

教えたくないけど最高です
Pros:

建物も新しく清潔感もあり、最高です
先ず立地ですが、別府駅まで徒歩圏内で近くに飲食店も多く素泊まりには申し分ありません
家族5名での宿泊でしたが、広さも十分でゆっくり出来ました
なんと言っても建物の作りが良い
壁も厚くマンションの様な立派な作りでプライバシーも万全でした
そんな良いとこ尽くしで、コスパ良しと火の打ち所がない物件です
宿泊予算を抑えたぶん、リッチな食事が出来ました
次回も絶対利用させて頂きます

駐車場が1台分しかない
洗濯機と洗剤完備なのに、干すスペースが無かった
お風呂に乾燥設備が付いているので、中に干せる様にハンガーとかあったら嬉しい

掃除が徹底されておらず、トイレはとても古い公園の公衆トイレぐらい臭く、部屋にまで匂いがもれていた。
床もルンバが１回通っただけのような掃除だった。
