教えたくないけど最高です
Pros:

建物も新しく清潔感もあり、最高です
先ず立地ですが、別府駅まで徒歩圏内で近くに飲食店も多く素泊まりには申し分ありません
家族5名での宿泊でしたが、広さも十分でゆっくり出来ました
なんと言っても建物の作りが良い
壁も厚くマンションの様な立派な作りでプライバシーも万全でした
そんな良いとこ尽くしで、コスパ良しと火の打ち所がない物件です
宿泊予算を抑えたぶん、リッチな食事が出来ました
次回も絶対利用させて頂きます

Cons:

駐車場が1台分しかない
洗濯機と洗剤完備なのに、干すスペースが無かった
お風呂に乾燥設備が付いているので、中に干せる様にハンガーとかあったら嬉しい

掃除が徹底されておらず、トイレはとても古い公園の公衆トイレぐらい臭く、部屋にまで匂いがもれていた。
床もルンバが１回通っただけのような掃除だった。

家族でゆっくり睡眠がとれたのでよかったです。
Pros:

子供がいるので一階を希望していましたが
要望通りの一階の1番入口に近くを
用意してくださり助かりました。
周辺の環境もとても
静かで夜はゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。

室内乾燥や洗濯が可能だったので子供のものをすぐに
洗濯乾燥出来たのもすごくたすかりました！
スタッフさんも対応が丁寧でよかったです。

安く泊まれた

Cons:

駐車場がなく、近くのパーキングも満車で歩いた。
冷蔵庫を開けたら、前の人の飲みかけのペットボトルが入っていて気持ち悪かった。

この値段でこれだけの滞在経験が出来たのはかなり良かった！
Pros:

アパートメントホテルだったということもあり、キッチンや洗濯機、浴室暖房乾燥機など、フツーの家庭にあるような設備が付いていて家で過ごすような感じでの滞在をすることができた！

Cons:

強いて言うなら乾燥機があるか、浴室暖房乾燥機があるなら小物を干せるようなピンチハンガーなどの備え付けもあれば文句なしだったような気がする。

普通に良かった。
Pros:

空気清浄機があった。

Cons:

自動湯はりにしたのに、湯船から溢れそうになったので結局自分で止めた。
ベッドの横のコンセントが使えなくておかしいと思ったら、スタンドと書いてあるスイッチを押すとコンセントが使えるという謎仕様で、分かりにくい。
駐車場が1台分しかない。
