Fabulous time at Mado

The price per night doesn’t worth it cause of several things like there is no cold water in the shower plus the shower room is super narrow, the bathroom pressure water doesn’t work properly for self sanitization plus no enough bar soap in general I graded this place 1 out of 10 poor customer service 70 dollar per night is not worth
Staff was rude and not unhelpful. They gave my paid prebooked room away and were dismissive when I asked for another room. They also didn't help me in any way to find another accommodation. It was a bad, frustrating experience. The hotel staff experience was quite unacceptable and upsetting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone because they don't treat their guests correctly.
Hotel Review: Great Location with Delicious Breakfast
We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by a few key aspects, particularly the fantastic location and the breakfast options.
Prime Location:
The hotel is in an excellent spot, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Being centrally located, we had easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the hotel’s location is definitely one of its strongest features.
Delicious Breakfast:
The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Every morning, there was a good selection of fresh options, including meats, cheeses, bread, and pastries. The quality of the food was quite good, and it was a pleasant way to start each day. The dining area was also comfortable, making for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Room Upgrade:
Although we initially started in a smaller room, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger one, which gave us more space and made our stay much more comfortable. We appreciated the effort made by the staff to ensure we were happy with our accommodations.
Friendly Staff:
The staff were helpful and friendly, always available to assist us whenever needed. Although there were some delays with room service, we understand that things can get busy. Overall, the team tried their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Overall Impression:
This hotel is a solid choice if you want a central location and good breakfast options. The staff is welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable. If you’re looking for convenience and a great start to your mornings, this hotel is worth considering!
Horrible service. They sold my room to someone else after I fully paid for it weeks ago on Hotels.com. They were nasty and rude when I asked for an explanation or help. It ruined my evening and it cost me 2 hours of time and frustration after a long trip. Very horrible and upsetting experience. Definitely would never recommend this place after this awful experience. I am going to ask for recompense for this very bad and frustrating experience.
During our stay on the 12th floor, we experienced a WiFi interruption, and the hotel did not inform us of this issue. As a result, we were unable to access our electronic devices and missed our flights. This lack of communication significantly impacted our travel plans and overall experience. Please do not book at this Hotel. Failure of communication in this Hotel completely affected our plan. If the staff were to communicate with us that the wifi in the room we stayed has an issue, we would have been proactive about it and at least request for a room change. we would have not been in a situation were we had to buy a whole new flight ticket and stay in that hotel longer that what we intended to. I suggest Mado Hotel to consider providing accommodation or compensation to address the dissatisfaction of customers like us affected by issues like WiFi disruptions.

I stayed at Mado for 15 days. I was extremely satisfied by the cleanliness, professionalism of staff, food and Spa. It was a very nice experience.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and beverages. Checking in and out was convenient. The room was comfortable. My room was a bit noisy because of mechanical equipment.
Overall I give Mado Hotel a 4 out of 5 stars. I would have given a 5 star rating but the breakfast included came with a $5 dollar delivery charge and the breakfast wasn’t good at all, but overall a 4 out of 5 stars! 👍
Inside Mado Hotel Green Restaurant is the best restaurant! Their buffet offers a variety of delicious food options, especially their excellent salads and non-fasting foods. The service is outstanding, with staff like supervisor Brook, waitress Eyerusalem, and waitress Bertukan being some of the best. The entire team, including chefs and other waitstaff, provide top-notch service. The atmosphere is also wonderful. Overall, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10!.
Visited Mado hotel for the few days and the stay was very pleasant. Staffs are very friendly and always at your service when ever needed. Indeed coming back soon. The restaurant at the 1st floor has amazing food.
