Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed comments: several guests praised cleanliness and tidy rooms, but others reported unclean bedside stools, bad odors and old towels—overall slightly below target.
Service
9
Generally praised: multiple reviews mention friendly, helpful staff and good hospitality; isolated reports of receptionist indifference in a smoking complaint lowered this slightly.
Location
9
Consistently positive: many guests cited excellent, central location, easy access to restaurants and transport and convenience for getting around.
Room Quality
6.5
Several complaints: noise from construction, lack of soundproofing, non-working air conditioning in multiple reports, some broken or worn items (soap dish, old towels) — room quality notably impacted.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed: free airport shuttle and in-room coffee/iron noted positively, but issues include only one elevator working and missing in-room extras (slippers, dental kit, shower caps).
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed perceptions: some guests felt the hotel delivers good value given location and service, while others said it did not feel worth four stars due to room/AC issues.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Mixed but leaning positive: one guest praised varied, delicious food; another complained breakfast catered only to locals. Overall acceptable but with room for improvement.
Overall Experience
9
Overall many pleasant stays reported — friendly staff, good location and clean rooms for numerous guests — balanced by some negative incidents (noise, AC problems, isolated service lapses).
