Pros:

They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height).

Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe.

Simple but satisfactory
Pros:

The GOOD: The room was simple but clean. Shower had warm water. Breakfast was simple Eggs, bread, tea and bananas. The first day there was juice but the second day that was not offered. The hotel is centrally located to the main road and just around the corner from a great restaurant Rapang

The BAD: the lady at the reception did not know anything of online bookings. After sitting for ten minutes I was directed to another lady who knew nothing of online bookings but whatsapped her boss. After another ten minutes we were seen to our room. The receptionist also said that breakfast was only free for one person. After insisting that we had booked a double room for two people she let us both eat. The pillows were very flat and there was only one towel.

OVERALL: it was clean and satisfactory but the customer service could use some work.
