Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

We had an incredible stay from start to finish. Check in was fast and smooth, and the front desk people were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful (really the whole hotel design is amazing) with great touches like Le Labo candles and a dog water bowl. The hotel also has pleasant scents throughout. There is free coffee in the morning in the lobby and a water station. There are board games there for use like Jenga, Cards Against Humanity, etc. The pool is amazing and super clean. It’s like a little hidden oasis in the middle of Miami Beach and it would be easy to chill there all day. It wasn’t crowded and there are lots of options to sit like lounge chairs, beds, etc. and had tables as well.
The room was even better than the pictures!!! Absolutely spotlessly clean. It felt like home and was decorated perfectly. We loved the comfy couch in our room with the table and the kitchen area. We had a rooftop balcony that was nice at night too. Sheets & towels were soft and nice. The room was very spacious for us and our baby and all the gear that comes with! I saw another family there with kids, but otherwise not an overwhelming amount of kids here. Dog friendly.
The restaurant in the lobby is nice and had great vibes outside on the patio on a Friday night, very cozy.
The parking was easy and close by.

I am SO so excited I found this family run hotel. It is one of the best and most thoughtfully curated hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The cost of the rooms was better than most on Miami Beach when we were there as well, which made it a more affordable stay for us. We will definitely be coming back here again and will highly recommend to others staying in Miami Beach! It makes me excited to come back to Miami knowing that we get to stay here again in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the whole stay. I especially appreciated that they sent restaurant recommendations in advance before arrival. There was always someone at the reception ready to help with any questions or requests.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a TV, fridge, and microwave, which made the stay even more convenient. The canal view was amazing. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning and the unlimited access to still and sparkling filtered water. Free beach chairs and an umbrella were another great bonus.
The location is very convenient: only about 5 minutes from the beach. Public transport in Miami Beach is also very good. The bus stop to South Beach is directly across the road, while buses to Miami and the airport are just around the corner. It took only around 35 minutes by bus to reach the airport station.
Late check-out is available upon request, which is a nice option. Housekeeping is not daily, but it can easily be requested when needed.

We were not informed about any breakfast!!! Just coffee. Also, our room was on the first floor just three rooms down the hall from the lobby bar. The bar was noisy will beyond midnight. We didn't sleep well that night. Fortunately we asked the staff for a quieter room on the top floor. They gave us a quieter room on the third floor.

Localização fantástica, muito próximo da praia, próximo de mercado e restaurantes com um ótimo custo benefício. As atendentes Yelena e Miriam são muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Großes Zimmer, Parkmöglichkeiten (bezahlbar) und super freundliches Personal. Die Lage war auch super und man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen.

Lovely staff at the front desk - Miriam, Maria and Ilona - very warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also very good. The hotel has a nice cozy vibe and the location is good with close walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel , sehr schöner gemütlicher Poolbereich. Lage perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Strand , nach South Beach / Ocean Drive mit dem Fahrrad super schön zu fahren , aber auch zu Fuß machbar, aber schon ein Stück zu laufen.
Personal super nett. Zum Frühstücken ist ein Starbucks in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La atención del personal en general, todos fueron muy amables. Destaco sobre todo la amabilidad y buena predisposición de Alan y Mayra. Un saludo especial para ellos.
La pileta es muy linda y con buenas prestaciones.
