Beautiful room and hotel, great location not too busy, but near the heart of everything!
Pros:

The location was excellent and easy to walk around with shops and restaurants. The free trolly out front also took you to the major sights, once you figured out how to work it! The front desk staff were exceedingly helpful in arranging an early check-in for me coming off a cruise ship. They were keen to answer any questions you may have and even helped this technophobe use Uber for the first time! Wonderful!

Cons:

The pool area while providing lots of shade, didn't offer that much sunning area for those like myself who can tolerate the heat. It also got very crowded with small children diving (no diving signs), splashing about and being noisey so not a place to quietly relax. Also, although they provided a cleaner for your room if you text them, I would have preferred this just to be a regular part of the schedule.

Pros:

Excellent rooms and staff, they are very accommodating and quick at responding. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Maintenance was very quick and excellent

The pool was small and there weren’t many beach chairs but it was very clean and accessible at the property

Charming Boutique Hotel with Outstanding Staff
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Trouvail. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building full of charm and character. We loved the cozy, boutique atmosphere. The pool was a great place to relax, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt much more personal than a typical large hotel.
We also rented bikes one day and reached South Beach in about 15 minutes, which was a fun and easy way to get around.

Cons:

Because the hotel is located outside the heart of South Beach, getting to the main attractions usually requires a short Uber ride or using the free Miami Beach Trolley, which typically involves one transfer.
Also, since this is a preserved historic building, it's important to know that it doesn't have the conveniences of a modern hotel. The elevator is very small and old, and the lobby, pool, and other common areas are all compact. We personally liked the intimate atmosphere, but guests expecting a large, modern hotel may be disappointed.

Hotel à proximité de la plage avec serviette et accessoires de plage disponible, transport en commun au pied de l'hôtel, supermarket, un petit établissement cocooning avec piscine.

Cons:

Pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain, et à 3 dans une petite chambre c'était pas du tout confortable .

Prachtig kleinschalig boutique hotel!
Pros:

Wij vonden dit een heel mooi en sfeervol boutique hotel. Met een prachtig zwembad en tropische tuin waar ook een familie papegaaitjes vertoefd! 🥰🥰 wij vonden de originele manier van inchecken en de sleutel ontvangst via de boekenkast erg leuk!

Kamer met bed en bedbank was voor ons prima. Goed werkende koelkast en douche artikelen. Het ligt wat verder van Ocean Drive en dan vonden wij prima, want daar is het heel erg druk!

Je kunt een mooie wandeling maken langs een pad aansluitend aan het strand.
De lieve manager heeft ons met al onze vragen geholpen en we konden de kamer (tegen een meerprijs) langer aanhouden want voor ons heel goed uitkwam. Het andere personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.
Heel lief bij het uitchecken kregen we een kaartje mee, dat vonden wij een heel mooi gebaar!

Cons:

Ik heb niks te klagen! De kamer voldeed aan de beschrijving!

Lo que más recomiendo del hotel es:
1. la atención del personal: siempre serviciales y a disposición para resolver cualquier consulta o necesidad.
2. la ubicación: es excelente, muy práctico para ir a la playa y realmente fácil el acceso desde el aeropuerto o para ir a otros sitios de la ciudad
3. la habitación era grande y cómoda
4. el sector de la piscina es muy agradable, hay varias opciones para sentarte y disfrutar del día

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la calidad de las sombrillas disponibles para llevar a la playa y colocar un espejo frente al lavabo en el baño

Le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service, le jardin et la piscine, l'emplacement au top avec l'arrêt de bus juste devant, le café offert le matin.

Cons:

La moquette des couloirs vraiment très sale, pas de lavabo dans la salle de bains (douche et toilette uniquement). On s'est brossé les dents dans l'évier de la kitchenette. Pas possible de ventiler car les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas.

Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach was an absolutely great choice for us, and we were very happy during our whole stay. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, cozy, and has an amazing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The staff deserve the biggest praise. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and always ready to help. They made us feel truly welcome and almost like at home.

The location is also excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach, in a nice and quiet part of Miami Beach, but still close to everything we needed. The beautiful pool and lovely garden were a big bonus. For us, it was definitely 10 out of 10.

We would choose Hotel Trouvail again without any hesitation, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with excellent service in Miami Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
