Excellent location. Good room size. Staff very helpful.
Some of the decor is a little tired but not a problem
La camera è vecchia e non viene rifatta per motivi ecologici, così hanno detto alla reception. La camera viene pagata anche per essere riordinata oppure la devono far pagare meno ed avvisare alla prenotazione di questo mancato servizio.
Lovely clean light room. Reception staff very helpful and nice.
Changing room floor (men's) was a bit dirty late evening (8pm) - could maybe do with more regular attention.
Location next to Brands Hatch. Facilities such as the pool dnd comfortable bed
Room in need of decoration and my room was noisy in the morning with deliveries being made
The location is excellent for Brands Hatch and the staff are friendly.
The room was really old and desperately needed refurbishment. The bathroom particularly was very dirty, the shower curtain had a large stain and there was a lot of mould everywhere. The carpet in the bathroom was covered in stains. The breakfast is sitting out for too long so it's very dry and there was a big hair in the baked beans. The breakfast is also very expensive for what it is.
The leisure facilities, swimming pool was fab!
The free drink voucher and smartie sweets for our son was nice touch.
Location for events on track is the main draw.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Not sure how well the bathroom was cleaned.
Minimal staff seen especially at breakfast.
There was a fire alarm triggered at 6.40am and it really scared our 6 year old son, we all scrambled to get up and came out of the room, no staff were about reassuring anyone it was a false alarm or to tell us what to do. My husband went to the front desk and they just shrugged an apology. This could have and should have been handled so much better!
Having to pay for car parking when you can only get there by car
Air con not working now towels in room room not serviced
space and location
Nothing to report.
Personal hat kein Interesse
The room was spacious and extremely clean. The gym and spa facilities were exceptional and perfect for someone travelling for work.
Front of house staff were fabulous and super helpful, very cheery and a brilliant representation of the hotel :)
nothing
The actual room's sleeping area looked OK.
The reception sent me to the wrong side of the hotel which meant I had to, unnecessarily, lug a very large heavy suitcase up 2 extra flights of stairs. In the room the bottles of shower gel, hand wash and shampoo were empty - we asked twice for them to be filled, but they were left empty over the 2 days. We were just given a bottle of shampoo by a receptionist and very small, half full, vial of shower gel that had obviously been left by a previous guest. On the first night the room next door was extremely noisy. We told reception at 1 am and 3 am, explaining that my husband was racing the next morning and could do with some sleep. Both times reception said they would have a word, but nothing was done. Luckily the people in the next room didn't stay the second night. In all fairness to them, most of the problem was the fact that there was an adjoining door - which must have been made out of something like balsa wood - provided no soundproofing at all. You could hear everything the people were saying and as the TV, which was on until after 3 am, must have been positioned near to the adjoining door - it was like the TV was on in our room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, turning it into a paddling pool, and as there was no working extractor fan to help dry it out, it remained a slip hazard for most of the stay. Finally, consumables like tea, coffee and milk were not replenished on the second day either.
