We really enjoyed staying there, exceeded our expectations for the value of money, compared to other same range.

Lack of vegan options to eat
It was convenient and comfortable. The facility was great.
I didn't like that I had to pay a deposit on arrival and £ 10.00 for parking. I used that place before and did not pay for parking then.
Location next to Brands Hatch circuit
The car park flooded during a rain storm because all the gullies were blocked. This caused my car to flood inside with around 50mm of water in the footwells which took a couple of hours and a lot of hotel towels to clean up
On the circuit - spent the weekend racing. Nice to be so close and not have to drive to the accommodation

The hotel is in a good location and was clean and tidy. The receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful and the gym and swimming pool were quite good for a hotel, although the equipment in the gym is a little tired
The main restaurant for the evening meal, I was told it was very busy at 7.30pm so had to book at 8pm however when I arrived at 7.50pm there was hardly anyone there. The waitress was friendly enough but I ordered a drink immediately when I sat down and it took twenty minutes to arrive at which point I had to remind her that she hadn't taken my order. It then took another 25 minutes for my starter to arrive and as I had to remind the waitress that I hadn't received it. There were no more than 10 people in the restaurant.
The other issue is the control panel in the rooms for the air conditioning, even when this is off the control panel lights up constantly, flooding the room with light either waking you up or making it hard to sleep, there must be a better option
