Pros:

Loved the option to use the spa an pool. Room was very spacious an clean.The check in was quick an efficient the staff were so friendly.

Cons:

There wasn't anything not to like it was one of the best stays we've had.

Nice hotel but a bit of a disastrous visit
Pros:

The hotel has an impressive, spacious lobby which is welcoming. The rooms are also a good size. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When I checked in 3pm I found I had no running water. I made reception aware. Apparently works that were due to finish at 12 had overrun. I was told 4.30 was their aim. After a lot of noise, banging and crashing I got water at 6pm. A bit of a disaster to my plans.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location and cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

I have stayed here before when visiting friends locally, so I decided to book it again. This experience was not as good as my previous visit.

I raised a number of issues at reception when checking out. The person on reception was attentive and polite, and said that they will ensure I receive an email in response to the matters raised.

Nine days later, I have not received the email. Based on this experience, I will not book again.

vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel en smakelijk eten

Cons:

De gym viel iets tegen. Verder waren de voorzieningen erg goed. Voor de biljart moest je betalen.

Great, famly friendly place.
Pros:

The rooms are lovely. Very clean and smart.
The racing bar is fabulous. We enjoyed lookimg at all the mini car figurnes.

Cons:

The rooms were lovely, BUT i wish there was aircon. It got so warm in there. We did have a fan in the room, but it just circulated hotair.
The rooms are very modern, id assumed aircon could have been in them.

The room was nicely laid out, the staff were really friendly and the spa facilities were great

Cons:

Our bath taps didn't work that well and got stuck almost flooding the room, there were stains on the walls of our room, there was a huge hole in the roof along the corridor towards our room. After my daughters bath was drained we found what appeared to be mould/ limescale build up. We were charged a £50 damage and cleaning deposit which didn't seem fair given the state of the room and corridor

Good proximity to Brands Hatch, but otherwise a bit disappointing
Pros:

If you need to stay close to the Brands Hatch circuit, it doesn't get much closer than this.

The Aircon in our first room was broken, but the staff quickly switched us to another room without issue.

Cons:

The room was quite basic, nothing special, I expected it to be a bit nicer. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been, nothing too bad, but again expected better.

We didn't book breakfast, ended up paying the £20 each (daylight robbery) because there isn't really any alternative when you need to get to the track early. The breakfast itself was nothing special, and really not worth the cost.

Great location and good facilities
Pros:

The location is obviously superb if you’re at Brands Hatch. The air conditioning in the rooms was epic. Nice sports bar.

Cons:

I would have liked complimentary bottled water in the room and some biscuits would have been nice (for the money I’d have expected it).
