I was very disappointed the pictures were very misleading.
Pros:

Location was good felt safe driving there from Disney. Beds were made sheets were clean.

Cons:

The secondary lock in our room was ripped off the door you could see holes in the wall where it previously had been. Sign on door says for your safety to use the secondary lock. The mini refrigerator was leaking water into a huge puddle in center of the room. Even after using a towel it was back by morning. Staff did not offer a different room it was 11pm we had no other option but to stay. There were also bugs in the bath tub. Location was loud people talking just outside the door almost all night with doors opening and closing all night. They did offer us 50% refund. I’ve included an invoice honestly it should be a full refund. Please let me know what I need to do to get this refunded to my card.

Best bang for your buck
Pros:

Liked the location pretty close to the anaheim convention center which i was going. the room was clean, Had couple bugs not a proboem for me

Cons:

Only had 3 towels and the bathroom vent fan was really loud. i called for room service for extra towels was put on hold twice before i gave up other then that it exceeded expectations and was worth the price

The front desk staff was lovely. Welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

It was DISGUSTING!!! Roaches in abundance, there was visibly thru where the weather stripping should be on the door. Holes in the ceiling, random screws as well. The pool area had a GIANT hole with stuff hanging out of it directly over the pool And though advertised as he did, it most definitely was not. The bathroom sink had a caulking "patch" about 6"x7". The shower curtain was moldy. The beds were filled with roaches and filthy under the sheets. The bed covers were melted and had holes. Queen beds were advertised but they are were full beds in the room instead. It wreaked of cigarette smoke amongst other sorts of smokes. The parking lot was ridiculous. No real lines to speak of people were parking all over the place parking other people in etc.
Staying here made me feel like I was the worst mom ever because I allowed my children to be put in such a situation. I'm ashamed of myself for not being able to do better by my kids.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The staff was super kind and check in and out was fast and easy. It was close to easy to get food.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom mirror was covered in some filthy residue. It smelled extremely bad and was very humid when I first arrived. The toilet did not flush well. The refrigerator had leaked water all over the floor. The tv did not work.
