The location is great, right in the centre of shopping and restaurants with easy access to everything. The hotel also has a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially the owner of the hotel who was awesome. He is also an artist and painter displaying his amazing artwork throughout the hotel and lobby.

sarebbe necessario trovare qualche sgabello in più per sistemare le valigie. aggiungo e concludo, la colazione andrebbe migliorata, nella disposizione degli alimenti fra salato e dolce, non sarebbe male integrare la parte del dolce.

I was hesitant booking Palazzo Rossario Boutique as it is a 3* hotel just because when I checked reviews there were pros and cons to it. I still opted it as it is a walking distance to the churches, eg; St John's Co-Cathedral (2mins) and Basilica Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (7mins walk). Plus, taking Gozo High-speed ferry going to Gozo Island for 45mins journey (15euros each return ticket and if you missed the time slot coming back to Valletta don't worry as its valid for 48hrs upon departure and time) 🙌 restaurants were located left, right and centre.
The Upper Barrakka Gardens was really nice, beautiful views which you walk further straight to the Barrakka lift (1euro) was a good one getting down going to get the ferry (The ThreeCities) 3.80euros return or Gozo Island. If you want to go up, the lift is free, you get a ticket if ever you opt buying the ferry tickets 🙌
4 people, stayed 3nights our room was a Suite with a hot tub in the balcony - decent views I would say👌 1 large double bed which fits 2 people with a sofa bed that 2 people can sleep on. Had a mini fridge, they gave us water bottles which they restocked whilst we were out during the day, free toiletries, slippers provided etc. I would like to suggest to add Camomile tea sachets (maybe in the room or the breakfast area) - it's good I brought some with me.
I would like to say a big thank you to Julia who was in the reception area - she was very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and made our stay great. I asked her a lot of questions about Malta delicacies, any suggestions on day trips etc (she said feel free to ask any questions and she'll be happy to help!!) Furthermore, I rang reception, to ask if I could get 2 more cups with 3 spoons, it got delivered by Julia, bless her ✨️

As we got to the hotel early for check in, there was a lady there (can't remember her name), she smiled but I didn't get the vibe as approachable, but that's just me.
As i walked inside the room, I could see the dust on the side 😕
The breakfast sitting area, the space was a bit cramped for my liking.
