Overpriced for my experience
Pros:

I liked how clean it was and that it was located well

Cons:

My bed was 2 beds pushed together so sleeping was an issue as the 2 beds didn't match in Suze.
The TV didn't work and had no Internet so i couldn't watch anything
I was awoken very early by the sound of workmen outside my room shouting at each other for tools
I heard a drill from 7am and then found out I was the only guest staying as the whole hotel was being remodeled . When I questioned why my booking had been taken if this was the case I didn't get a response
I had to climb 3 flights of wobbly stairs to get to my room and almost fell twice.
They had no elevator to any room which concerned ne for disabled customers or those with limited mobility.
The bar closed at 10am with no residents bar options
I highly overpaid. Came home from a rare night away utterly exhausted

This hotel provides a very solid, enjoyable stay and an excellent location, though a few minor tweaks could make it truly exceptional.
You can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of Killarney town, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the pubs, restaurants, and shops. Being able to stroll back after an evening out without needing a taxi was a huge plus.
I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for its fantastic location and excellent service. It provides great value for the price and is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. We would definitely return.

Cons:

While not a deal-breaker, there was some typical town centre noise on Saturday night, which might bother light sleepers.

Older dwelling but it met our needs
Pros:

We like the location, right down town with a large public parking area which is free overnight.
The property is dated and you need to hike up a couple plights of stairs to get to the rooms.

Cons:

The stairs and the noise level in the evening would be my only complaints
