La ubicación frente al mar. El desayuno era rico y el personal era amable. Las camas eran cómodas.

Tiene oportunidad de mejorar la limpieza en las zonas comunes como el balcón público que tiene una vista increíble a la playa. En cuanto a la habitación, el aire acondicionado estaba sucio, algunos muebles tenían humedad y en el baño había un olor feo.

Pros:

Amplia y limpia habitación. Super cómoda. Frente a la playa, personal muy amable, ropa de cama excelente, buen aire acondicionado, tuvimos una terraza a nuestra disposición. Un plus totalmente .. PISCINA. silencioso para descansar.

Casi nada la verdad.

Cons:

Salieron del baño de la habitación cucarachas en la noche, el tema de piscina no lo era, realmente era una tina tipo Jaccuzy realmente mientras estuve nadie lo usó es muy pequeño el control del televisor no funcionaba no se pudo apagar el TV en la noche y el control del aire la misma situación.

Pros:

La mesera del restaurante es muy buena en su trabajo. Se esmeró por la atención, era oportuna, cordial y cálida. Por eso, mi familia y yo la FELICITAMOS, y esperamos que ustedes extiendan esa felicitación a ella personalmente.

Cons:

De la habitación, en dos oportunidades tuvimos cucarachas en el cuarto y el baño. También quedaba en la claraboya de la ventana un aparato que hacía mucho ruido todo el día y noche, como un aire acondicionado, o algo así.
