Staff at counter was oblivious to showing the way to our room or advising that there was no elevator and luggage had to carry over stairs

The overall feel of the hotel feels old and dated. Squeaky creeky floors, moldy broken windows, bathrooms are dingy and not clean, water and moisture damage.

There was no place for me to stay when I went even though Booking.com took my payment that morning. There was no room reserved for me and we were left stranded front desk didn’t help offer any solutions we had to go to the next-door hotel and pay an extra hundred dollars, and now I’m waiting for my refund from Booking.com, which is ridiculous that I have to wait 7 to 12 days for not happy will not book again with Booking.com

The hotel was right beside a construction zone which they worked through the night. Air freshers in the cold air return instead of cleaning left a bad smell in the air. Outside was very dirty and lots of garbage and debris on the ground. Signs saying no smoking with in 20 feet 9f the door and multiple times came out to peo0le smoking right in front of the doors.

Never again at this hotel. We had paid for three days, but after the first night, we already wanted to leave—though, unfortunately, we wouldn't have been refunded. The hotel is old and in need of a complete renovation. In the bathrooms, the plaster was peeling off and the faucet was loose; there was dirt and mold everywhere. We asked to change rooms, but the second one was just the same: rust, peeling wall plaster, and filth. It was simply a disaster. The pool area was no better; the water in the pool was too cold to use, while the water in the Jacuzzi was so hot that we lasted only a minute before scrambling out.

No variety on vendor. Sandwiches soups or meals .

Our room was very damp the whole time. It was so damp that our towels didn’t even dry overnight. It’s stunk. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Under the bed was really dusty. We forgot something and I had to go back and look in the room that was already “cleaned.” they told me to check under the bed to see if it was there. So obviously they don’t clean under the bed! My in-laws also had a room there it was gross. They didn’t even check the fridge or the drawers. There was still stuff in the drawers. And don’t go in the pool or hot tub. Disgusting! 🤢

Bathroom is extremely small. They didn’t come every day to give you fresh towels and toilet paper and Kleenex. Only emptied the garbage one day out of four and brought me towels one day out of four. Rooms in fair shape. Mattress is very worn out.

Bathroom and room was a dirty

Propreté douteuse, air climatisée bruyante, moisissures au plafond et dans la salle de bain, rideau de douche bon pour la poubelle, aucune ascenseur. Impossible d'accéder à la piscine et au bain à remous, il y avait trop de monde et des enfants avec des jouets gonflables...

The carpet needed cleaning , my socks felt sticky and were soiled.
Bathroom floor felt sticky.
