I will not be staying here again
Pros:

The room was nice and clean in the beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I paid my security deposit with a debit instead of a credit card. When I was checking out the next morning, I asked the staff the process for the refund. She said nothing that it would just automatically process. It has been almost one week and I’m still chasing them for my refund. And now nobody is answering my phone calls.

I’d stay here again! Was a fun and comfortable stay with my two kids.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, pool was great, hot tub was lovely!! The breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed it! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The tv remote didn’t work, the front desk staff gave me a replacement but it didn’t work either. Place was a bit run down in areas, but still kept clean.

Bed bucks and uncleaned room!
Pros:

The staff was very sweet

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor, the whirl-pool wasn't working and the room was REALLY not cleaned, the drain in the bath was stuffed with hair!! Also, you have bed-bugs. I came home suffering from several bites!!

Over priced and in extreme bad shape. Needs a major renovation. Falling apart.

It’s worth the stay
Pros:

Front desk people are always great, we have been here 4 times now and every time they have been great. The breakfast in the morning is always good

It’s still a little dated and repairs need to be done.

Cons:

Advertised hot tub but it was broken and no email before to let us know , would have tried somewhere else also both washrooms in lobby were not working so had to walk to your room soaking wet from pool to go to the bathroom
