The apartment was fresh and modern, and the 50" LED TV was a welcome addition for watching the news. I really loved Matthew at the breakfast area; he was quite helpful and kept the eggs and sausages stocked even when things got crowded.

Wonderful experience overall! The hotel is freshly renovated and very comfortable, with a big 50" TV in the room. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Free parking and a convenient location close to Snow Valley, downtown, and Georgian Mall made it even better. Lubna at the front desk and Matthew at breakfast were both outstanding and made us feel very welcome.

Smooth and satisfying
Pros:

It was quite easy, and free parking saved me some money. The breakfast dish was the highlight for me; having protein before a hard day made a big difference. The space looked fantastic. You could tell the modifications were completed properly.

Outstanding service
Pros:

We enjoyed how close it was to the Georgian Mall for last-minute shopping. Matthew, the breakfast attendant, was an absolute star; he was very educated and helped us handle the waffle maker while keeping everything stocked with fresh eggs. Small human gestures make a visit memorable.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

A special thanks to Lubna at the front desk, who was extremely pleasant when I arrived late. The room was remarkably quiet and tidy. The next morning, I ordered the hot breakfast, the sausages and waffles were both fresh and delicious.
