It was good for quick planning and a convenient stay
Pros:

I liked the location, unfortunately booked too late that I couldn’t use the pool but definitely a must next time I make a spontaneous trip to barrie

Cons:

The water took a while to heat up in the shower but then again it’s also a big building so I expected as much, the receptionist also did not seem like a people person

Pros:

The breakfast, the staff was amazing! I had a little toddler that wanted to go swimming in the morning before check out.. they let us go earlier, the hot tub and pool was very cleaned! For the price, this hotel is 10-10!

Bathtub area needs a good scrub especially corners and edges.

Good Stay
Pros:

We had a really nice stay! The breakfast was good, and the rooms were great for the price. The hot tub was just what we needed to relax and unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a good experience and great value for the money. Would definitely consider staying again!

Barrie fall colours Nice time of year to travel. Very warm fall months.
Pros:

I have a walker and when I realized they assigned us to the 2nd floor without an elevator, they were very accommodating at placing us on the 1st floor.

Cable package is really bad. Really really bad. And now they want you to pay for wifi. Just brutal. Plus require a 200$ deposit the rooms are so bad .I take pictures to cover my ass.

When I arrived, I didn't even have shampoo or rinse in the bathroom. The carpets in the place are disgusting. The bathroom door didn't stay open. You had, they put a garbage can in front of it. Most of the drywall is patched in all mold, and i couldn't even open the patio door it was stuck and when walking out from the step down it's all broken cement. And I'm an older woman, I'm surprised I didn't fall half the time. There's police all around the place. And after I left, they charged eighty dollars to my credit card. Apparently I dirtied their bedspread after reading on reviews, they do this to everybody. There is at least 15 different reviews with the same incident with people taking their money falsely to me. That's fraud when you go into my credit card. Without authorization, and I didn't damage anything nothing but lies. The place is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

The only thing I liked is that the bed was relatively comfy , wasn't clean
