Friendly staff but I think they are friendly because they know the hotel upkeep and cleanliness are awful.

Filthy - hair in the bed on all pillows and sheets. Rust around the tub, hair in the sink, garbage left on the floor from other guests, broken window and lock. Wind blowing through and no lock to lock it. Shower head was corroded with mold and mildew. Hard to lock doors. Peeling wallpaper. Took three rooms to finally have a room that was remotely decent to sleep in because front desk would not refund me my money to go find another hotel to stay at. Required $200 deposit at check in and wouldn’t release until check out after going to check the room. Which is funny, because the rooms are horrible and unclean to begin with.

Pros:

Location good, more than decent breakfast.

Cons:

They need to clean under the furniture, it's disgusting. The toilet moved when I sat on it because it wasn't firmly attached to the floor, and the toilet paper holder fell out.

For the most part, great
Pros:

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small. No bath mat & my husband slipped in the tub & fell out hitting his head. Glad he did not knock himself out as no way to get the door open. Shower head needs to be really cleaned or replaced. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly & did provide any extra terry bath mat when requested for safety in the tub & hot tub could have been a bit warmer & timer longer before shutting off.
