Bar a fianco.
Un po' vecchiotto.
Perfectly connected to subway and short walks to every important place of interest ! Very friendly staff ! Thank you guys !
Room looked like a Soviet era hotel with tiny dirty windows and worn out furniture. Very much below expectations and not worth the price
Friendly staff.
Tiny bathroom, no shelf at all and tepid water.
The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was that I was able to back from the soldier field in under 20 minutes.
This is the WORST hotel I’ve visited. I read all of the bad reviews and told myself one night can’t be that bad but it was indeed. I called the day before my check-in to confirm if I would be able to check-in early. I was told yes immediately with no other perimeters except for a fee. I arrived at around 10 am so they could hold my bags until early check-in was available. I came back at 11(the time they told me I could check in). I was told MY room still wasn’t ready. I watched countless amount of customers get checked in early and was not provided an explanation as to why I could not be checked in. From 11am-2pm I was told over and over I could not check in early because my room was not ready. Finally at 2pm, one of the staff members said they were going to upgrade my room so that I could check in. I was so exhausted from my 4am train and planned on sleeping all the way up until the concert but I didn’t have enough time because of this.
This hotel is outdated, the bed was hard as a brick, carpets were dirty, towels were different shades of white, spider webs, dust, smelled of cigarettes, everything in my room squeaked, and I overheard someone say “the elevators are finally back up”.
Upon my check-in, I told a staff member that I would like to have a late check out at 2 pm. Someone came knocking on my door at 10:30 asking me what time I was checking out. I told him and he nodded. Someone else came at 12:00 asking me what time I was checking out, I told her the same thing. There’s no communication whatsoever between the staff.
After the concert, I felt terribly ill. I ordered some medicine from door dash and asked if they could bring it up to my room BECAUSE I have seen many door dashers going up to rooms with no issues. When the dasher arrived, he said that the front desk told him he could not come up and that I will have to come down to get it.
The staff was very nice and polite but I feel like they should be taught how to provide accommodations for customers.
Location , conviiemt to shopping & restaurants
Location
Coffee maker
cobran por early check-in.
Clean and in a great location
Nothing
Location
No breakfast and too expensive
The location was great
The rooms were just about as no frills as it gets. A bed and a bathroom with carpet that appears to have been salvaged from the dumpster at a casino renovation. Also, there was no refrigerator and the bathroom was very small.
