La ubicación y algun@s de personal (no tod@s).

Cons:

La calefacción iba a ratos, pasamos frío en ciertos momentos.

Hubo un escape de agua y en la planta 6 metieron ventiladores dia y noche para secar habitaciones, que hacian mucho ruido y no se podía descansar.

Pedimos 1 cambio de habitación al 3° dia y nos lo concedieron, pero echamos de menos que nos lo hubieran ofrecido ellos antes de tener que quejarme...

El hotel es viejo y suena todo: el tren, los radiadores (que encienden y apagan cuando quieren) y suenan mucho.

Elevado de precio para la calidad, mejorable por cierto...

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw a baby roach run across the floor. Immediately went to the staff to tell them and after about 10 minutes of waiting, someone came out and moved us and were pissy about it. I tried getting talking to the manager for the next 3 days he was only there for a couple hours in the middle of the day. I can't wait around all day for a manager so I asked them to leave message for me TWICE and I never heard a peep. Unless you love really gross rooms and sleeping with a bunch of cockroaches, pass on this one. I couldn't even get in trouch with someone from travelodge because their customer service line is a JOKE! I'm disputing the charge to my card because I'm not paying for a roach motel

Ice cold and uncomfortable
Pros:

The location wasn’t near the airport like I asked for. I didn’t stay for breakfast. Don’t know if they had it.

Cons:

It was a freezing day in Chicago, I think 25 degrees but felt like -3 per the weather app. There was no heat in the hotel. It was aweful. I got out of there. As I was leaving the lady behind the desk said so guy just turned on the heat. Un exceptable.

Cold, but nice
Pros:

Big bed, all the people at the reception desk were nice and helpful
The lamp on the desk could be reached from the bed - you can get cosy and then turn off the lights, silly but helpful

Cons:

The hotel does not respond to messages on Booking.com .
It was cold - the windows were not air-tight, so the heater could not heat the room fully. The water was also cold.
Fortunately, I was given an extra blanket.

Good location for a quick stay.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight back home. The location was central in my choice, as there is an overabundance of public transit options. Also, most of the central attractions near the loop are easily walkable. For a quick stay, this was fine.

Cons:

The only thing that I noticed was the fact that the hotel seems to be showing its age. For example, there isn't a climate control panel and you had to manually adjust the air conditioning itself. Also, the placement of the towel rack right above the toilet was awkward. While it didn't bother me, some people might find it hard to sleep with the proximity of the L trains nearby.

The room is huge for one person, even for two. Nice view. It is very cozy. I liked and used the kichenette.

The room could do with a little more vacuuming: there is carpet on all the floors and it was dusty in the corners.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos 400 m de la estación de subway que viene del aeropuerto y cerca del Millenium park. Disponen de check-in anticipado. La habitación fue genial con vistas a varios edificios del loop. En los pisos hay microondas y máquina de hielo. En la habitación hay cafetera, que también sirve parte obtener agua caliente. Todo muy lindo!
