La posizione è comoda vicino al Millenium Park e alla metro. Puoi andare a piedi in molti posti: fino al lago con il porticciolo, al Navi Pier e all'inizio della Michigan Av. Il costo di questo hotel deve essere buono altrimenti non lo consiglio
la stanza e il bagno sono davvero piccoli, arredata in maniera essenziale e con mobili vecchi e rovinati ormai da cambiare
It was a good location for the event I attended.
The weather during my stay was cooler than expected, I requested for heat which I did receive, but then there was no hot waiter the following day and had to request hot water but then the room heat turned off. It seems I was giving one or the other but not both at the same time. Which made my stay unpleasant. I understand there was construction going on. if you cant provide the bare necessities why operate your facility.
Location is the best!
Reception asked our 7 rooms to pay deposit by card. It takes a while. Transaction still gets into account after 3 weeks.
Another thing is they switched on generator on corridor just near our room. We asked to turn off at least during the night. They did not. They understood like we wanted to change. We were asked to get another floor. There was an another generator as well. Too noisy.
Space and service
Exhaust was very poor and doors were not locking.
Hotel was easy to get to and very clean. Room was large and comfortable.
Richard (morning staff) was fabulous. He attempted to get us a taxi in the morning, and did a great job after a few hiccups. Kudos to him for following through and helping us.
Hector might need more training. He said he would order us a wakeup call for the morning; we didn't get one. He said he would send someone from maintenance "right away". We waited for an hour and no one showed up. We left to go eat, and when we got back, our a/c unit was working. He needs to communicate better with guests.

My car was stolen from the parking lot that was recommended and paid for through a QR code they showed upon arrival. Online they claim to have free parking but make you park in an open, unguarded lot across the street. In addition to my vehicle being stolen, the room was filled with large clumps of dust and was poorly insulated. The heater made loud noises in the night that prevented sleep. I will never be staying there again.
Excellent location, with luggage storage available. Room was huge, clean and nice toiletries in bathroom.
Only negative is the very bad soundproofing, you can literally hear the people next door.
This hotel offers good value for money, but one of the security staff members was very unpleasant. I don’t understand why he felt it was appropriate to joke about guests without considering whether it might be offensive, even using such behavior to try to show a sense of humor to other women he was interested in.
In addition, although the front desk staff were polite, they were unable to provide accurate assistance or effective solutions, and instead kept guests waiting, which wasted time. I hope the hotel can strengthen its staff training.
Staff were friendly and the location was good if you need to be downtown.
It’s tired, run down and uncomfortable. Luckily I only needed to rest my head for a few hours but any more than that would have been awful. Realistically other hotels with far better quality are priced the same so I would go anywhere else. This place is due serious renovations.
