Not worth it. Pay the extra $$$ and go to any other hotel within walking distance.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was its location. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

First, they advertise they have valet parking as an amenity. They do not. Second, they advertise hot breakfast available. This is only true if you consider the restaurant inside the same building as that amenity. Third, while this place has a very decent cosmetic renovation, the room did not have functional electrical outlets, no fridge or microwave, the bed was horrid, and the shower had a weird bubble in the floor that made it feel like you were on a trampoline in the shower. The water pressure is awful and there was never any hot water. Luke warm at best. The a/c unit struggled to keep up on the third floor on a barely hot day and there was no hope to even crack a window for any fresh air. At $200 a night, even with Chicago prices, I expected more.

Good value for money place
Pros:

Location and price is working to the advantage of this hotel. Dead in between McCormick and downtown Chicago. The walk to McCormic place is about 20-30mins!

Cons:

Its a bit jaded hotel and could do with some touches here and there

Cons:

The overall cleanliness in the room was not good.
The mattresses in the room were not in good condition. they sagged in the middle.
The sink was very uncomfortable to use.
The hotel's price/quality was not appropriate.
At the end of my stay, I was charged more than the amount shown in the reservation I made through Booking.com Im waiting for explanation for this additional charge
