The property was old and rundown. The sheets were dirty. There was trash everywhere. It was not what was on the website. Very disappointed definitely will not go back.

Location pays off! 5th year in a row visiting 4 stars out of 5.
Pros:

Rooms are good! Beds are comfortable the room has everything you need.

Cons:

Despite we don’t use the drawers those are misaligned and stuck easily.
It would be nice to replace them with regular compartments, that will fix the issue, will leave you with less things to maintain and guests won’t worry about leaving thing’s behind.
Our phone and security box (room 404) weren’t working. Despite we reported it nobody helped us!

Con relacionado al desayudo , yo he estado en el hotel varios año anterior 2a 3 por años . Servicio de una porcion de carnes ejemplo jamon pavo hotdog

Cons:

en las habitacion no dan limpieza diariamente o recogido de la toallas y basura
En ocaciones aparecen en la noche cucarachitas

Me gustó la cercanía con centros comerciales, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas. Muy cómodo y seguro, el personal muy amable.

It was ok but could of been better

Didn’t like I was charged a resort fee when it’s freezing 🥶 outside we couldn’t even use the resort and I paid for a deluxe room and my room was very small and the shower 🚿 sprayed the whole bathroom due to a leaking from shower head and it flooded bathroom every time it’s time for all of us to shower
