Housekeeping needs to clean properly and the upkeep wouldn't be so much.my room floors were dirty bed had tourist hair in it crumbs underneath microwave saw 2 flees on the first bed every Crack and corner had dust dirt buildup the phone did not work couldn't call front dest and when message the property no response..aswell as when paying they charge my card more then the price and it dis the same with my deposit! I literally showed the clerk I have enough for the cover oof the room im going to add 30 more dollars and watch it approve and go through and wow ..it did exactly what I stated smh could be nice hotel if they clean properly 😒

I have no complaints

We've been here many times before, so if we didn't like like it, we wouldn't keep coming back. The rooms are what you would expect from a budget hotel, perfectly fine. Floors in the rooms were clean enough, but could have done with some scrubbing occasionally.

Instructions say to go to front desk ... after waiting in line at front desk we were instructed to check in at the spa.

Kiddie pool was under construction which meant all the kiddos were in the hottub, pool etc ...

Pool is shaded by building till after 1pm = no sun

I am not one to complain, but the "supervisor" who dealt with me upon check out; I believe his name was Alejandro was condescending and needs to learn how to handle complains. I complained that I was away at the park the entire day and was surprised to return to a dirty room because I didn't receive any housekeeping service while I was away at the park ,so naturally ; I called the reception for fresh towels and they needed to be reminded twice about it, leaving my partner and I to almost fall asleep without taking a shower first. Rather than be sympathetic about it, he started blaming it on the receptionist who checked me in by saying that he didn't do his job right by not informing me about the housekeeping services upon check in, then blamed the evening Houseman for their inability to do their job on time saying that there's only one person working the shift. Myself being a front desk manager and my partner a housekeeping supervisor at two different hotels ; we tend to be very understanding to such matters; however I surprised by how a supervisor prefers to point fingers rather than resolve the problem. The worst part of the whole thing is; Alejandro was being kinda loud in front of people who were waiting for the shuttle in the lobby and that made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked what could be done compensation wise for the next time I decided to stay with them such as a late checkout for example, and he said he can give me until 12 pm free of charge but will be charged 25 after that. Seeing that my complaint was going to deaf ears, I decided to leave because I was pretty much wasting my time. If this is how a supervisor deals with complaints then it's pretty obvious that his management doesn't care.

I saw the note on the housekeeping services via booking.com's messaging system after I had checked out, but Shouldn't there be something to tell the guests that upon check in or at least in the room as a...

Breakfast isn’t particularly good, but it’s included in the rate. Unlike a restaurant, there’s no dedicated space for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; instead, there’s a space similar to a bar. People usually have to go outside in the swimming pool area to eat breakfast.
