Breakfast was good.
The room smelled musty, the walls in the bathroom looked dinged up, and needs a refresh. The lady working the desk wasn't particularly friendly.

No towels or glasses in the room when arrived. Could not communicate very well with cleaning staff due to them not able to speak or understand English very well. Breakfast was very poor - cold eggs and sub par sausage and very limited seating area to eat

Breakfast was chaos. It got cramped, and there was nowhere to sit when more people showed up in the morning.
When we settled in the room, it was + 8 ° outside, it must have been 13 in the room, the heater did not work, We contacted the reception, the girls came to check, made sure that it was not working They said they would check if there was another free number and let us know, Time passed, but we had to call ourselves, so we heard in response that there were no free rooms We asked if there was a portable heater to bring because it was very cold in the room, Why did I hear the answer that there is no, the only thing they can offer us is extra blankets. We went to them to get these blankets, but there was no one at the reception After 10 minutes, we saw these girls from the reception in 1 long corridor, and when they saw for some reason they started to run away from us, so we didn't meet that evening!

I liked the staff's friendliness; the breakfast was good, though if you stay for several days, the same menu gets boring. The beds are comfortable and the room is cozy.
The breakfast area is far too small, and we had to eat standing up.
