I enjoyed my stay

The website was misleading. No longer breakfast for example. And no pool. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were top notch.

La localisation , la taille de la chambre, la propreté

Cons:

Chambres un peu vieillottes , l’entrée commune avec le restaurant un peu déroutante , le bruit du restaurant qui en découle . Chambres pas très insonorisées

Stanza molto bella con arredamento contemporaneo raffinato, lontana dal rumore della strada e del ristorante.
Molto apprezzata la macchina del caffé Nespresso a disposizione in stanza.
Utile il servizio di fornitura sdraio e ombrellone da portare in spiaggia sia nel giorno di arrivo che in quello di partenza.
Checkout a mezzogiorno :-)
Possibilitá di pagare il deposito di 100$ in cash quindi niente attese lunghe per rimborso con carte, come invece avviene in altri hotel.

Cons:

Lenzuolo sotto del letto per nulla stirato.
Odore di disinfettante molto forte.

Huone oli tilava ja siisti.

Cons:

Kesti kauan saada suihkusta riittävän lämmintä vettä. Käsipesualtaan hanasta ei tullut lämmintä vettä.
Ikkuna ei ollut ihan tiivis, ulkona oli todella kylmä (kylmin sää sataan vuoteen) ja ikkunasta veti. Se oli myös ihan huurussa sisäpuolelta.

A hidden Gem
Pros:

This was my first time staying at the Marlin, to be honest, this wasn't my first option but I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
I really wanted to stay ocean front, but with all of the guidance and reviews of the actual view of the ocean being blocked by tarps for some event; I decided comfort was more important and I was right.

From the moment you walk in, The Marlin has a homey feeling, that just happens to have a bar and restaurant attached to it. They have a single elevator that whisps you up in seconds, which is nice if you have of fear of elevators. =)
I walked in with the hopes of being checked in early. I was immediately greeted by the young host, and asked if I was checking in? I asked if there was any chance, that I could check in, it was about 11:00 AM. He took my information, checked me in and explained the amenities throughout our interaction. He quickly excused himself to see if my room was available, personally. Lucky for me the room was ready and he let me check in. I stayed in room 312, Corner Room....what a blessing. It was large, open and airy and the bed was really comfortable! I'm also a fan of any place that offers a fully stocked Mini Bar, a functioning Nespresso Machine and a large tub to soak in. I used all them repeatedly =)

Room Service:
They make it know that they are at your disposal and are ready to receive your order, which was such a nice change to what I've experienced elsewhere. I went ahead and ordered a Peperoni pizza and a Chicken Parm with Alfredo. Both were good, I appreciated that the kitchen was open late.

The location is literally one block away from the beach and right in the mix of it all. You don't need a car; you can walk to literally anywhere or take a quick uber/lyft.

I will definitely consider The Marlin for my next visit!
