Rooms were dirty! Bed bigs in the bed! Mouldy showers

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Problem with the bedroom window: it opened too far out and my partner had to stand on the window ledge to shut it. There was a problem with mould in the bathroom.
Inside reception looks nice but the room no!
Bedroom floor need clean, bathroom heating on, shower can’t turn to cold. Bedside table missing, fan rubbish

Everything, tired, tatty, poorly furnished, nothing was fitted correctly, shelfs falling of walls, scruffy, not clean enough, carpets and floors tatty,pillows were more like cot pillow, needs a complete re-fitt, from the photos it looked nice and modern, trust me it wasnt, I think booking.com should see the accomodation in person before they put them on there site, very dissapointed
Close to the stadium, we stayed there because of the footbal match. It is ok for one night

Door were slamming throughout the night. On check in we were told breakfast was 6.30 so we set an alarm for 7 as we had an early start Saturday only to be told it was 8am on weekends
The staff was welcome and helpful

The bed was broken in the middle.
The shower curtains was mouldy and the bath is self wasn’t clean (didn’t have a shower there)
The breakfast was one of the worst not lot of choice .
But after all that the staff was welcoming and helpful
