Staff friendly and location convenient for onward journey. Beds comfortable and clean
Kerb appeal was pretty poor. Carpets looked like they needed to be replaced and light fittings missing in both of our rooms. Beds really comfortable but very little space around them.

2 guests ,only one towel was in the room ,tv glitched all the way on all channels we tried, there was s a very bad smell maybe from the pipes around early am,woke me up

The staff and food were amazing!
Awake since 3.30am as guests next door were off their faces, luckily staff kicked them out. Unfortunately we will not be back. No iron, rotten shower curtain, no working TV, carpet tread with spike sticking out, dirty windows that don’t fully close, lots of drunken people walking by, broken bedside shelves, uncomfortable beds, flat pillows, poor damaged flooring, no bath mat, dodgey screws sticking out of the carpet plat for door, dirty mildew tiles. Need I go on! Avoid like the plague!
