mouldy room, spelt of weed, hair on the pillow. it was rough!! didn’t stay. was told by staff they would offer a refund if booking.com asked. then they refused the refund

The beds were uncomfortable
The room wasnt clean, bed linen was covered in marks, the pillows yellow and falling apart. Walls were battered, shower was broken and mouldy. the hall carpets were that dirty you couldnt tell what colour they was. Dated. Avoid like the plague. They did breakfast but I wouldn't have eaten there based on the cleanliness of the hotel. I have stayed in some pretty bad places on my travels, with my job as you do when you work all over the uk and I rarely leave reviews unless it leaves an impression. This one left one for all the wrong reasons.
Only the location. It is in the centre. The carpet is very dirty. Tiles on the corridors are broken. The beddings are not change until you ask for it. Television is there but you have to pay to watch channels
