Disgusting attitude on certain staff
Pros:

Nothing as didn't get to stay there as they were very judgemental

Cons:

The staff attitude and the fact some people get charged deposit but others don't not fair when I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times without leaving deposit when I got there plus paid online it didn't state no deposit plus never paid deposit all others times I stayed there

Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had everything that you need, plus power sockets near the bed ( in the room I stayed in anyway ) the buffet style breakfast was very nice, with a great selection. When I'm up in Middlesbrough again, I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the shower could of been a bit more powerful. Still it wasn't bad tho.

Don't waste your money.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were shockingly unclean and poorly maintained. Stains on the duvet, stains on the carpets, mould in the bathrooms, exposed electrical wires, bugs in the bedding, bad smells and much more.

Loved the atmosphere that it feels like home from home suggested entertainment maybe music in the restaurant or a bit of entertainment once a week boost sales I've stayed a few times now and our stay has always been amazing

Cons:

Bacon was not nice on breakfast
And mattress really hard also in our room we could here dripping all night must be from the pipes
