Great beachfront location with easy access to the beach. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the area felt quiet and safe throughout the stay. Convenient access to nearby supermarkets and other essentials was also a plus.

Wonderful staff and such a quaint hotel. No frills but very special and unique spot. Extremely quiet and relaxing. The restaurant is fantastic and better food than other restaurants in Cancun!
Limited toiletries, blankets available upon request, no cushion for outdoor couch on private balcony. Restaurant closes quite early--would have loved it to be open for dinner. Coffee available for the early 6am risers would have be delightful too.

Sweet-sour experience. The location, swimming pool, building design are good. The people hosted in the hotel were kind and respectful of the rules. Security staff were kind. View from the balcony was good.
The hotel needs maintenance and better administration. There is humidity, lack of hot water during most of the time. The bathrooms need to be renovated too. They offer kitchen but without any appliances. We had to buy a few of them, even soap to wash them. The place needs to be cleaned more carefully.
We reserved an apartment for 6 people, then, when arriving they mentioned it has been a mistake in the booking website, and we got another one smaller with different lower characteristics. They proposed this way “take it or we reimburse your money”. Hearing that in the night when you are after another booking cancellation and with kids’ ad elders there is like a great offer. Anyway after long day we took it.
The worse part is that I need an invoice from them. I did not request it at the hotel, so, I sent emails, message on the app, call them but no one picked the phone, booking Customer service’s called them and requested it, so , after 2 weeks they did not provide the invoice. Finally , managed to call them, and the receptionit told me they cannot provide it, only Accountants, then I asked to be requested the invoice to them and she said, she cannot, that I had to call them. Then I say give me the number or transfer me to them, she replied, I cannot do that as it is private matter, so..
Thanks to Booking Customer Service I solved the situation.
Such details should not happened at any hotel. This place has an enormous potential if they improve the administration of this place.
