Pros:

Das Austria Trend Hotel ist unsere Go To Adresse für kurze Aufenthalte mit den Kindern weil die Möglichleit besteht diese in Ausziehbetten im Zimmer unterzubringen.
Der Service ist super, die Zimmer sauber und die Lage inkl Tiefgarage sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Beschriftung des Zugang zum Hotel könnte optimiert werden, wir suchen alle Jahre wieder den richtigen Zugang.

Angenehmes Hotel für einen Graz-Besuch
Pros:

Lage am Bahnhof - ideal für Anreise mit der Bahn, in die Innenstadt ca. 20 min. laufen oder Straßenbahn;
Parkhaus unter dem Hotel - kann man vorher schon buchen (Mehrtagesangebote = günstiger);
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit;
Frühstück gut = Note 2;
Doppelbett statt Einzelbett (Classic Zimmer)

Cons:

Minibar-Vorabangebot für 15 Euro: Befüllung auf dem Bild entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Befüllung (tatsächlich weniger Inhalt und daher viel zu teuer = nicht zu empfehlen;
In der Zimmerbeschreibung "Klappbett" = nicht vorhanden

Auf eine Junior Suite nicht so gut ausgestattet und schon in die Jahre gekommen, normal bekommt man mehr von einer Junior Suite, aber leider etwas enttäuscht

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind toll. Die Zimmer sind trotz Straße sehr ruhig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück und das Personal im Frühstücksraum waren super.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht so freundlich. Nach einer 6 Stündigen Fahrt und Vorfreude auf Graz wurden wir sehr genervt empfangen und als wir raus fanden das wir im falschen Parkhaus geparkt haben, wurden die Augen verdreht. Ich fand es sehr unangemessen.
Beim auschecken die Dame hatte auch nicht wirklich Lust. Ich verstehe wenn man schlechte Tage hat aber man sollte es vor den Gästen dann doch verbergen.

Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a 20 minuti dal centro città , pulizia

Cons:

Purtroppo usciva pochissima acqua dalla doccia per un disservizio poi segnalato , l’assenza del bidet in bagno ci siamo lavati alla meglio, sicuramente hanno provveduto a sistemare la doccia, ma la breve permanenza non ci ha consentito di verificare.
