Sehr gepflegtes Hotel freundliche Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Super Frühstück, sehr gute Auswahl. Ein gepflegtes Hotel mit
freundlichen Mitarbeitern, Restaurant und auch gleich um die Ecke bzw. in der Nähe.
4 Stationen mit der Tram und man ist am Hauptplatz.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Lage (direkt beim Hauptbahnhof), sehr gute Schallisolierung betreffend Straßenlärm, sehr gutes Frühstück, Pflegeprodukte Naturkosmetik, bequeme Betten. Zimmer geräumig, genügend Ablageflächen und passabler Schreibtisch. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück ab 6:30!

Cons:

Das WC war verschmutzt, beim ersten Ersatzzimmer war der Badezimmer Boden schmutzig, das zweite Ersatzzimmer hat dann gepasst (von kleinen Hygienemängeln abgesehen). Personal diesbezüglich aber sehr entgegenkommend, Ersatz wurde anstandslos gewährt.

Hotel toll, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilft bei allen Fragen. Frūstūck sehr vielfāltig und gut. Obwohl das Hotel in Bahnhofsnāhe sich befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Wir wūrden jeder Zeit wieder das Hotel buchen.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren, waren voll zufrieden.

Komme gerne wieder ! Vielleicht im Haus erinnert an ein 5 Sterne Haus !
Pros:

Beste Lage am Bahnhof und jedoch super ruhig.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel gibt es nicht, außer einer Garage welche zwar auch bis ins Hotel führt, jedoch habe ich diese nicht gefunden und wollte auch nicht mehr nachfragen, somit habe ich in einer Seitenstraße geparkt.

Two nights in Graz
Pros:

Situated across the road from the main train station.
Easy access to the tram at the station which takes you to the old city.
Room was large with bar fridge and enough space for clothes.

Cons:

We had a bad experience where the maintenance staff just walked into our room in the morning while I was in bathroom.
They just knocked and walked into the room to check the fire alarm.
We reported it to reception, who apologized and sent us a free dessert.
