Pros:

Krasny pokoj, velmi pohodlne postele. Garazove placene stani s vjezdem kousek od hotelu a s vytahem do hotelu. Kousek od nadrazi a i do centra se da dojit pesky. V okoli ruzne obcerstveni. Snidani jsme nemeli.

Pros:

Hotel jsem zvolila z důvodu příhodné polohy hned naproti nádraží a kousek od centra Štýrského Hradce a dobrého poměru cena-kvalita.
I přesto, že hotel stojí na velmi rušném náměstí před hlavním nádražím, byl v pokoji naprostý klid a ticho. V okruhu 100 metrů jsou dostupné spoje MHD ve všech směrech, ale do centra za 15 minut dojdete i pěšky.
V bezprostřední blízkosti je také mnoho možností se najíst nebo nakoupit jídlo v supermarketu.
Snídaně byla velmi chutná a personál milý a pozorný.
Pokoj byl velký, čistý a pohodlně a prakticky zařízený.

Cons:

Obecně mi v mnoha hotelových pokojích chybí centrální osvětlení a Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz Hauptbahnhof v tomto směru nebyl výjimkou. Svícení lampami mi nevyhovuje, ale je to samozřejmě věc osobních preferencí.

Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Check-In war etwas umständlich, niemand war bei der Rezeption am Nachmittag. Er nach Anruf ist jemand aufgetaucht.

Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war nicht gegeben, es waren noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast im Badezimmer.

Pros:

Das Zimner ist sehr groß, es gibt einen Kasten mit genügend Kleiderhaken und die Matratze ist sehr,sehr bequem. Die Fenster halten den Lärm der Straße sehr gut fern.
Von der Tiefgarage führt der Lift direkt ins Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist reichlich und vielfältig, der Speisesaal bietet genügend Platz, auch wenn viele Hotelgäste zeitgleich frühstücken möchten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Das einzige was fehlt, ist ein ordentliches Leselicht im Zimmer

A great hotel by the Graz train station
Pros:

The location of the hotel is wonderful… right across from the train station, with the downtown a few tram stops away. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great!
