Careful with the free shuttle from the airport. I waited 2 hrs because the shuttle was full and it makes a run every 45 minutes. Very disappointing.
Great location with both an airport shuttle and pickup by Key West bus tour. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Very clean room. Close to restaurants.
This is not to be confused with the Sonesta next door. This is some old concrete and marble 70s hotel that should be knocked down. The shuttle is a joke and despite using the track my shuttle app which said it was 1 min away I waiting an hour. The. arrived at the hotel to see the queue out of the door to check in with one person on the desk. Staff do not give a damn. the rooms are dark and dingy with zircon and facilities from the 80s or the dollar tree. The pool does not look like that and had 3 loungers 2 were broken. I paid $100 dollars for 6 hours and spent 2 of them trying to get to the room, that was clean, the maids do a good job, but it is so old and worn with ripped and stained everything. Dark rooms, balconies with concrete dividers and no furniture. DO NOT USE this hotel, I have stayed at other airport hotels which are much better and cheaper. I would be very interested to see what an environmental health and safety inspector things about this hotel. AVOID!!!! The only people who were happy were the drunks around the pool.

The room totally unacceptable. The TV was impossible to use....remote needed batteries but after getting those from front desk, difficult to access any channels and connection speed extremely slow. Shower temp was throttled down - water not hot, only "warm". Front desk said that is how they have set shower in accessible rooms for "safety" reasons. Room telephone non-operational call any of the pre-selected "buttons" (front desk, housekeeping, etc)..tried several times. - Always a "busy" signal - very unsafe for a senior in an accessible room. For issues or requests, needed to get dressed and go down to front desk. Would never stay here again.
Clean, and comfortable establishment! Everything was exactly what we needed and the staff was helpful and pleasant. We would come back and stay here again!

We had to stay additional night in Miami due to flight cancellation. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and got us a room quickly. Overall it's very clean and I think it's under renovation as i see areas that been painted recently. Room was spacious with a large screen tv, coffee maker, fridge and ironing board. Safe was old but functional. Bed was comfortable. The room felt little odd though as it's spacious but lacked furniture. Lot of empty spaces where a chair or sofas could be utilized.
Our Experience at Regency Miami Airport Hotel was extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. To start, we waited 45 minutes for the “free hotel shuttle,” only to find out that the property does not have its own shuttle. They share a shuttle with several other hotels, including all the Sonesta hotels. We ended up calling the hotel for help, but the front desk staff member had difficulty communicating in English and raised their voice at me instead of assisting.
When we finally arrived, the front desk agent did not greet us at all—no “hello,” no acknowledgment—and the check-in process for just two rooms took over 20 minutes. Each time I asked if everything was okay with our reservation, the only response I got was “good,” without further explanation. Our rooms were located on the 4th floor, and the condition of both rooms shocked us. There was visible mold, the carpet was dirty and dusty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The musty smell in the room was overwhelming. Our son’s room down the hall had the same issues. Be aware website photos are not updated at all.
The next morning, my son and his girlfriend went down for the free breakfast that was included when I booked the rooms—but the hotel staff refused to honor it and told them they had to pay $27 USD per person. Be very cautious if you book this hotel expecting breakfast to be included. Take a screenshot of the listing, or better yet, avoid booking here entirely. Overall, the staff we encountered were unhelpful, rude, and had difficulty communicating, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.
After my flight got delayed I went online and tried finding a hotel near the airport that had a good review. Turns out this was the only 1 of 3 to choose from that made sense.
Review did not disappoint. This hotel is warm and cozy. From the front desk to the dinning area to the bar……I was greeted with warmth.

Food was good and my room was neat and clean. So thanks to the housekeeping team for doing a good job. Would definitely recommend staying here
Put here by Virgin after flight was cancelled due to technical issues. Breakfast was poor , no replenishment, had to ask for eggs , coffee, juice , fruit . Freezing cold plates . Lukewarm food when it came.
Receptionist was perplexed when I asked if there was any information on hotel,ie what time are meals served. No information available.
Air con very noisy and clicks on and off all night .

I originally posted to indicate my brief trip was nice and to give my Uber Driver 5 stars before finding out weeks after my stay I was sent a picture of a Starbucks cup indicating I left it in a Uber ride they provided (no date shown). This is a LIE!! I asked them to pull the cameras to review and they declined. I informed the manager Carlos that the young lady at the front desk who called the ride could verify I only had luggage, but that was denied. They don't have a Starbucks in the hotel and I was on the way to my cruise port that had plenty of food. Where did I get the Starbucks? The driver wanted 5 stars, I didn't book the trip so I gave the stars through my hotel review, but to falsely accuse me and wrongly charge me. I can only conclude that the hotel and driver are in on this to scam innocent people. I am beyond disappointed in this experience.
I had a wonderful experience during my brief visit at the Regency Miami! The front desk staff was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My Uber driver was also exceptional — truly one of the best I’ve had. Both the hotel and the driver definitely deserve 5 stars!
For one night stay I have no complain at all everything was great, transportation, convenient and friendly options of restaurants

Last time i flew out to Miami Airport, they were remodeling and i know what floor i need to catch hotel shuttles. Staff every kind and answered my questions.
Shower no hot water
Hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. Shuttle was good. The first check in ladies were really good. They held our bags because we arrived early. When we came back later to check in the guy at the front desk was rude and not very nice or helpful. He’s been the only part we didn’t like.
There is a supposed $20 fee that if not Liston on hotel.com that they will try and charge you when you check in. It’s fo the shuttle, internet, pool, and hotel services such as the business centre. It was not listed anywhere so sounds like a scam. Probably trying to keep their price down so people book and then surprise when they check in. They should just be honest at the beginning.
Airport shuttle is a plus, clean and safe place to stay near airport, only the shower was not as good as expected.
