Good location but not comfortable stay
Pros:

Staff was polite, very clean.

Cons:

Air-conditioning was very loud and even after reporting 2 times nothing has changed. Bed was not so comfortable.

Pros:

Удобные кровати. Косметика фирмы Korres оказалась приятным бонусом. Тихо, за счёт того, что окна номеров выходят во внутренний двор. На ресепшен помогли решить вопрос с парковкой нашего автобуса. Площадь Аристотеля, набережная, магазины- все в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Очень тяжелый запах на ресепшен и в ресторане В отеле используется какой-то искуственный ароматизатор. Помещение ресепшен не большое, запах очень навязчивый и тяжелый, дышать сложно.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very Good. The staff was very help full. Also cleanliness was excellent.

Cons:

I am still having a problem with my booking and the return of funds for overcharging. I booked initially for two rooms, one night and prepaid and then I increased it to two nights. When we arrived the hotel charged us for the whole amount. Later when I realised what happened I demanded a full refund. They asked me to contact Booking.com and they waited for a confirmation message from them. Booking.com did that immediately and they promised to return of funds very soon. It has been one week now and nothing happened.

Pros:

Location was great as was the buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The first room smelt, but the staff moved us as soon as we informed them. The second room was excellent.

Good central hotel
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall, particularly because of the hotel’s great central location. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

Cons:

Our particular room had some design and functionality issues that could be improved. The washbasin was located in the middle of the room, with no hooks or suitable hangers nearby for wet towels. Although there was a shelf underneath the basin for the clean towels and hairdryer, there was nowhere convenient to hang used towels.

The minibar was cleverly hidden behind the TV cabinet, but it was not stocked with any refreshments and contained only a glass bottle of water, which appeared to be refillable, so we chose not to use it.

The bathroom also had an issue with the toilet seat, which was smaller than the toilet itself. Unfortunately, water came out of the toilet when flushing, which was unpleasant and raised hygiene concerns.

One of the bedside tables was also missing. We mentioned this to reception, but unfortunately it was not replaced during our stay.

Finally, the room could benefit from some additional decoration and a little more attention to its overall atmosphere. The empty walls, together with the sofa-bed and coffee table, made the room feel somewhat more like a waiting area than a hotel room. Some artwork, decorative touches and more appropriate furnishings would make it feel much warmer and more welcoming

Geweldig!
Pros:

De locatie, hygiene en ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Donkere overloop bij trappen en liften( weinig verlichting als je je kamersleutel zocht in je tas).
De kannen met vruchtensappen bij het ontbijt waren zonder beschrijving. Je wist niet altijd wat voor een sap je had ingeschonken😂 voor de redt een prima Grieks ontbijt!
