Excellent service ~ helpful, kind, and insightful
Pros:

Incredible views. Noise level was low. Very relaxed and professional, all-around. I will recommend this place!

Cons:

My only issue was temperature (and how to regulate the controls) in the room

Pros:

The hotel, staff, restaurants, and grounds were exceptional. A very nice respite for a busy trip! We had excellent weather and were able to take the bikes into the national park which has a protected bike path right out front.

Cons:

The room was warm and there was no flat sheet on the bed only a duvet which trapped the heat in a bit too well.

Excellent manor in a great location... met and exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Fantastic location. just outside Killkarney... perfect position to drive the Ring of Kerry and be in town in just minutes. Stayed 2 nights... could have stayed 1 more. Staff was wonderful! Complimentary bikes were an awesome touch... rode to the Abbey and the waterfalls.

Cons:

The river fishing access is no longer available, so that was a disappointment.

Fantastic stay, couldn't be better :-)
Pros:

Fantastic atmosphere and staff. Great food and outstanding views. Close to the city center with the possibility to either borrow a bike or use a short not expensive taxi ride. Also appreciated that the hotel is by itself.

Wunderschönes Hotel!
Pros:

Wir haben im Coach House übernachtet und waren begeistert von der Einrichtung der Schlafräume und der Bäder! Die Aussicht über die anliegenden Felder war fantastisch. Morgens konnten wir sogar einen wilden Hirsch sehen!
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang, in der Bar und im Speisesaal waren absolut professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war köstlich und wahrscheinlich das beste, das wir in den letzten Jahren in einer Unterkunft hatten!
Im Garten fühlten wir uns wie in ein anderes Jahrhundert versetzt! Einfach herrlich!
Der Ort war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Umgebung (Killarney National Park) einfach wunderschön!

Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property and location. Breakfast was wonderful. Being able to walk or use bikes to explore the national park was excellent. Location amazing.

Hôtel combinant charme de l’ancien et grand confort.
Très bon petit déjeuner
Le cellar bar offre un cadre agréable pour dîner le soir

Cons:

Check-in : j’aurais aimé recevoir spontanément des informations sur le parc et les différentes balades ou activités recommandées par l’hôtel.

Все було чудово.
Pros:

Персонал чудовий, розташування неймовірне, кімнати дуже гарні та комфортні. Нас заселили максимально рано, безкоштовно, за що ми дуже вдячні. Приготували каву доки ми чекали на наш номер. Пояснили як чим користуватись, дали велосипеди для прогулянки. Я б повернулась сюди знову.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус це відсутність Нетфлікс та інших додатків для перегляду фільмів.

Traumhaftes Anwesen! Herzliche Gastfreundschaft, exzellentes Frühstück, himmlische Betten, die vermeintliche Abgeschiedenheit mit Ausblick auf das Gebirge machen dieses Haus sowohl zum perfekten Ort für Entspannung und Erholung, als auch zum Ausgangspunkt in die gesellige Stadt oder zum See und dem nahegelegenen Nationalpark!
Wir fühlten uns aufrichtig willkommen geheißen und genossen jeden Moment!
Vielen Dank dafür - wir sehen uns wieder!

Kellerbar-/restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die Portionen des Dinners heroben,.. im A la carte-Restaurant wohlgemerkt. Würde es sich um ein mehrgängiges Menü handeln, dann wäre es angemessen ..;)
Ungewöhnlich empfand ich auch, kein Mineralwasser in Flaschen bestellen zu können - lediglich aufbereitetes Leitungswasser… wohingegen täglich 1 L Mineralwasser in den Zimmern bereitgestellt wurde ^^
