I recommend Royal Hotel Hsinchu again.
Pros:

Hotel staff were personable and attentive. Room is very clean and comfortable. Overall facilities are well appointed and nice.

Cons:

I believe the hotel should have a proper business center available to guests. Professionals need access to office like environment when on a business trip. Think of the value of having more professional and businesspeople come stay at your hotel. The conference room was too small, uncomfortable.
