Je to krásný hotel v krásné čtvrti v Praze. Snídaně byla skromná, byl jsem tady už podruhé, ale předchozí snídaně byly skvěle.

Cons:

Zklamaly mě postele, které byť manželské se rozjížděly a posouvaly od sebe. Manželka měla problém se sprchou protože s byla umístěná vysoko a při sprchování si navlhčila i vlasy.

He pasado mal por su desayuno. Decepcionante, parece más 3 estrellas que 4.

Cons:

NO apto para CELÍACOS/SGNC. En el momento de la reserva indiqué que necesitaba desayuno sin gluten y me dijeron que había opción sin gluten. Al hacer eu check-in volví a decirlo y me dijeron que no había problema, que era solo preguntar. Pues bien, voy el primer día y casi tengo que entrar en la cocina para llamar a alguien. Apenas me entiende y me trae 2 rebanas de pan claramente calentadas en el microondas. Encuentro una lista de alérgenos colgada en la pared y cojo las 4 cosas que me parecen más seguras. Error, me contamino. El segundo día doy una segunda oportunidad y ya no como el pan (además no había nadie en el comedor ni en la puerta de la cocina). Error 2, vuelvo a contaminar. A partir se entonces, ya no desayuno en el hotel y decido comprar en el supermercado y comer en la habitación. Para completar, me quemé con el vapor del hervidor de agua (toda una vida usándolos y nunca me lo había pasado). Además, la habitación era muy pequeña y no parecía eso en las fotos. Para acabar el pack, después me di cuenta de que me cobraron 20€ más caro que lo que marcaba booking. En el check-out comenté lo que me pasó con el desayuno y me dijeron “lo siento”. Esperé a hacer la reseña a ver si me daban alguna disculpa formal pero nada. Será que no les importa jugar con la salud de sus clientes…

War trotzdem sehr zufrieden
