Cons:

The bed in my room was broken, and the room was cold. They gave me a disabled-accessible room, but the heating wasn’t working either. When I asked to change rooms, they told me there were no other rooms available. However, just five minutes later, they called me and said that another room was available. This clearly shows that they had another room available all along but simply didn’t want to give it to me. I find this unacceptable and very disappointing.

Hotel je situován na dobrém místě, pokoj byl čistý a dobře vybavený (ručníky, hotelová kosmetika, fén, minibar, konvice na čaj). Na recepci byl milý personál, v ubytování vše proběhlo bez problémů.

Cons:

Snídaně byla dostačující, ale mohl být větší výběr, některá jídla nebyla v ohřívačích a byla tedy studená (omelety, palačinky). Vybavení koupelny bylo trochu starší (odřená vana, nefungovalo vypouštění vany).

Очень понравились чистота, приятный дизайн и продуманность номера: достаточно крючков и тумбочек, есть куда удобно разложить вещи. Халат и тапочки добавили комфорта. Отдельно отмечу вкусный завтрак с хорошим выбором блюд. Остались очень приятные впечатления!

Cons:

Не понравилось, что персонал зашёл в номер и поменял полотенца, несмотря на оставленную нами табличку «Уборка не нужна». Для меня важно, чтобы эту просьбу уважали: в номере оставались личные вещи, и я не рассчитывала, что кто-то будет заходить. Ещё один небольшой минус — единственный лифт, который работает очень медленно, поэтому иногда приходилось пользоваться лестницей.

Das Hotel hat sich 4 Sterne leider nicht verdient.

Das Bett war bequem, die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Leider überwiegen die Nachteile bei diesem Aufenthalt. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss (5. Stock), dort sehen die Zimmer ganz anders aus als auf den Fotos, und zwar fanden wir die Größe des Zimmers nicht passend für einen 4-Sternen Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen.

Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl begrenzt, der Kaffee schmeckte nicht gut.

Was besonders iritierend war, ist dass beim Frühstücktisch das Tisch schon abgeräumt wurde, als ich noch aß. Ich war nur kurz beim Buffet etwas holen gegangen, und habe Kaffee und Teller hinterlassen. Nach wenigen Sekunden wurde mein Tisch schon an wen anderen vergeben, und das Personal sagte mir etwas unfreundlich, dass ich das Frühstück mit ins Zimmer nehmen kann, da es kein Platz mehr bei den Tischen gab. Es wurde nicht darauf geachtet, dass ich einen neuen Tisch bekomme, und niemand hat sich entschuldigt. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um.
