Very good location, walking distance of a lot of interesting places like Shennong street, Blueprint culture and creative park, shopping centre, Snail Alley and a lot of nice places to eat. Room was clean and spacious. We got a free upgrade with a balcony. Staff was kind. Everyone tried to help us everytime, even when they don't speak english very well. Breakfast was enormous, so much to choose from. Everything delicious. We were amazed by the robots that work in the hotel. One took the elevator on its own with us, so funny.

地理位置好得沒話說，去哪裡步行或叫車都很方便

Cons:

房間插座不知道是怎樣，第一個房間是桌上插座不能用（太鬆）無法充電，反映了之後幫我們換了一個房間，結果同個位置的插座還是不能用（太緊，插不進去）⋯一到飯店就花了超多時間處理這種鳥事情，而且打電話反映都超慢上來，還拉打掃阿姨出來扛，最後解決方法是拿一個延長線上來我們房間。一個晚上快6000元的房間，還不只一間是這種破設備（第一間房間的沙發椅還有臭味），真的很不值得，不如去住隔壁的晶英或友愛街。
