房間清潔度不佳，枕頭旁明顯兩根黑長髮卻沒清掉，浴室有發霉，房內躺椅上面還有蟑螂排泄物，一晚3千多的房間卻只有這樣的品質，非常不理想！

早餐的少部分餐點(例如，週一的生牛肉，週二的醃小卷)不是很新鮮，早餐的部分換餐工作人員的態度不甚好及動作不專業，例如，我在舀干貝蟹黃粥時，工作人員在我身旁打開桌面下門板取物品，我未移動身體位置及四肢，他抬頭撞到我的手肘，他未道歉且門板未關上就轉身離開，後來也沒有回來處理門板，另外，去年及今年來住宿都遇到換餐人員推車時差點撞到客人，但是均未道歉或關心客人，早餐部門真的需要重新訓練
