Base Accommodation Dingle

Base dingle was our best stay the whole time we were in Ireland. Perfectly located in Dingle. Steps away from all the pubs, shops and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Yet perfectly quiet by 11pm. Clean modern spacious room with comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Coffee maker and set up and water bottles in the room. The common area was also very nice and comfortable. Having a community dining table to be able to eat our take outs was a bonus. Staff wasn't super friendly, but I think that is part of the vibe. They were always accommodating if you needed something. The reception area has coffee cold drinks and snack for purchase . Book this place if available.

What a great place to stay in Dingle. Centrally located and easy to walk around anywhere. Parking is more difficult but I think that’s the case in most towns. There was 4 of us and booked the suite spot. Great room for a family or larger group. It has portable AC and mini fridge. We would stay here again!

It’s very central , walking distance to everything

Really lovely stay at Base Dingle. The rooms are class, and loved the modern design. The location is ideal if you’re looking to be able to stroll around Dingle from your hotel. We were able to walk to town for dinner and drinks and head out again the following morning for lovely brunch. The staff were very friendly and even had a high tech fan waiting in the room as we arrived in the middle of a heatwave and had asked about AC. Delighted with our hotel choice and will be back!

Location

We did not enjoy our experience here. To start, we were lied to about multiple things. I requested a room away from the road before check in which the lady said we had, and once we got in the room she clearly lied to us and we received the smallest room in the entire place right on the road. We also paid for a king size bed which we didn’t receive. The gentlemen at the front desk said the double bed is an “Irish king” but we spent a month in Ireland and we travel all over the world and this is complete nonsense. We slept in normal king beds everywhere else. Also, the WiFi barely worked and most channels on the tv didn’t work. We will not be recommending or staying here again. I really don’t appreciate being lied to.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern, and the central location made it an ideal base for exploring Dingle.

Eigentlich alles perfekt. Sogar ein Kühlschrank! Und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Sehr sauber. Super WLAN. Ansprechende Einrichtung.

A clean and comfortable room. The location was excellent and we could stop in on our way to and from touring with no problem, walk to all the restaurants and pubs. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed anything.

This was our 2nd visit to Base. As with our first visit, we had nothing but praise for the facilities offered by Base. On both occasions we booked the Family room for 3 adults. Plenty of room both in beds and wardrobe space. Base is ideally located in thr centre of Dingle town. We will be back.

Great experience - clean, wonderful location and very nice, helpful people at the front desk. Wish I would have booked more nights as Dingle is one of the most beautiful and fun spots in the world.
