O quarto era grande e confortável. As camas eram muito boas.

Cons:

O chuveiro estava bastante instável, o café da manhã tinha pouca variedade e os valores dos passeios agendados foram sempre um pouco mais caros do que anteriormente combinado.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Andes. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Many thanks to all the staff, from the kitchen, reception ,cleaning .

A special thank you to Marleni, who was an exceptional host throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable.

Great cozy little hotel.
Pros:

Great little hotel. Cozy. Nice bed and bathroom. Very friendly front desk receptionist. Ivan and Jairo were fantastic and very friendlly. There is a nice restaurant around the corner.

As a tourist, I’ve never felt more rested mentally, physically and spiritually!
Pros:

Traveling with my girlfriend this has been the best hotel we’ve experience in Peru. The location is exceptional, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and the view is nothing short of exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful with information and resources as well as contacts for tours and drivers. They helped me get to Machu Picchu. There is a nice elevator to your room and bed mattress was of the highest quality I’ve had so far in Peru. Last but not least I a nice breakfast with my girlfriend before going out to explore!

Es un hotel bonito, me gustó mucho el espacio de los cuartos pero sobre todo la cama que es muy cómoda, tiene una bella vista, en cuanto el servicio muy amable, la comida deliciosa y fresca todo hecho al instante, cerca del hotel hay un mercadito agradable y con buen ambiente

Lovely room
Pros:

The room had a luxurious feel to it, which made me surprisingly pleased. The shower area is very clean and comfortable. And after traveling all day long, the bed was the best. I was able to sleep deeply.
The next morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

I would have loved to stay longer. But I had some other plans already. I would definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

Excelent value, but beware of unstable wifi.
Pros:

How clean it was.

Cons:

Unstable internet connection. Unable to get work done during my stay.
Hated the unpleasant bright white illumination.
Luckily, one table lamp had soft white light temp.
