Pros:

Staff are very friendly, they gave us mini lunch boxes for breakfast when we had to leave early. Confortable bedrooms, AC, well located. Not noisy. Very nice

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is just a 5 minute walk from the night market yet you can not hear any of the hussle and bussle, it's very quiet at the hotel. I'd recommend booking the hotel shuttle to collect you at the airport, staff from the hotel came out to greet us which wad very nice.

Cons:

They could upgrade the gym machines a little, they were very basic

Nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

The frendliest staff we ever met! They were very attentive and helpful!
Great location, you are very close to the city center. The room was very clean and spacious.
Good breakfast!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit outdated, however clean. We aslo didn't have warm water few times. Nevertheless, once it's been reported to the staff, it was fixed very quick.

Pros:

freundliches und sehr bemüht ohne Aufdringlichkeit.
Thai- Frühstück zur Auswahl plus Toast, Butter Marmelade und Obst und Saft. Kaffee , Tee , Wasser soviel man möchte.
Zentral und ruhig gelegen.
Gute Betten , familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr professionell

Pros:

I am a returning guest since 3 years, I appreciate the hotel, cleanliness, the location close to old town and night market. The staff is acceptional, they do their best you feel comfortably and accepted like a family member. So, I plan returning in the coming years as well.

Will stay here again, lovey people, small boutique feel with charming courtyard in a great and safe location.
Pros:

First and foremost, the staff. They were amazing, so friendly and lovely and bent over backwards to do what ever they could for us. The breakfast was amazing, when they didn’t have something I requested, they ran to the market and had it for the next day and fresh for the rest of our stay.

Cons:

Could have been a tad cleaner, needs a good deep clean.

Great place, The best value for money you can find in Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Even though it’s just outside the city walls, the location is super strategic. The hotel is spotless, and the staff is friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast, which lacked variety (3 basic options that were always the same); just a bit of fresh fruit would be enough to make it perfect

petit déjeuner correct servi a 8h.. ( possibilité d avoir un take away pour départ matinal(. situé sur la zone d enlèvement pour les excursions. très confortables

Cons:

( un probleme de pompe de relevage bruyant la nuit pour quelques chambres du dernier étage a été noté par nos voisins de chambre qui ont obtenu un changement de chambre ..le problème doit être résolu)

Pros:

L'emplacement, dans un quartier très calme. Le petit jardinet. La volonté de bien faire du personnel.
Le petit-déjeuner, correct, servi avec un très bon café noir.

Cons:

Aucune chaîne de télévision en français, ni en anglais.
Des problèmes de bruits de tuyauterie ou de pompe, par moments. Déjà signalés par d'autres clients il y a plusieurs mois.
Pas de confitures locales d'ananas ou de clémentines, au petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

ホテルの向かいに朝食の取れる食堂とパン屋が有り毎日通っていました。
コンビニは少し遠いですがホテルへの帰り道に寄れば問題なし。ナイトマーケットに近く旧市街へも徒歩圏内で、大きな通りから少し入っただけでこんなに静かに過ごせるとは驚きです。

Cons:

良くない点ではないですが、中庭とそこに入る立派な門、未使用のレストラン？を有効に使えばもっと魅力的なホテルになると思います。
