遅い時間のチェックインでしたが丁寧に対応していだだけました。チェックイン前に荷物も預かって頂き助かりました。湿度のせいなので仕方ないですが寝具が少し湿っぽかったです。お部屋は広くてきれいでした。

고쿠라 역과 구름다리로 연결되어있어 안전하고 편리했습니다.
주변에 로손, 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐 모두있고 로손은 호텔 2층들어가는 입구바로앞에 있네요.
고쿠라 역에 쇼핑몰이 있어 늦은시간 혼자 저녁 먹으러 가도 위험한 느낌 전혀 없습니다.
직원분들 친절하고 숙소도 넓고 조용하고 뷰도 너무좋아서 커튼 내내 걷어두고 지냈습니다.
기타큐슈 또 간다면 리가 로열 또 선택할것 같아요.

初めて小倉へ来ました。小倉城や繁華街とは反対口にはなりますが、駅前のホテルなので行き来しやすく便利でした。駅からは屋根がある道を歩いて行けるので雨でも傘を広げずたどり着けます。また、ホテル前にコンビニもあるので便利でした。
利用客はビジネス利用の人が多い感じで落ち着いた利用ができました。朝食も早い時間に一人で食べてる人が多い印象。内装や施設は王道ホテルといった感じで安心感があり、従業員の方もきちんとした対応をしてくださいました。

駅前で静かで大変便利で心地よい
Pros:

昔ながらの日本式高級ホテルの流れを感じる、ある意味，落ち着くところでした。エアコンのコントールがいまいち，微調整できないとか、テレビのリモコンの反応が悪い、とか、細かいところに不備を感じたけど、静かで、清潔なお部屋は気持ちよかったです

１人で泊まったのですが、ツインの部屋で、ミネラルウォーターもあり、快適でした。
しかし、残念だったのは、チェックアウトして荷物を預け、ホテルに戻った時でした。
ホテルに戻る時は、土砂降りの雨でした。
傘がびしょ濡れだったので、ホテルの入口に傘袋があるかな？と思ったら、無くて、ポーターの人に、「傘袋はありませんか？」と聞いたら、フロントに聞きに行ってくれたのですが、「切らしています！」との返事でした。
無いんだ！とガッカリして、
ポーターの人が荷物を取りに行っていて、戻って来ないので、フロントの前をウロウロしていたら、別のフロントの人に声をかけられたので、「傘袋は無いんですよね？」と再度言ったら、「ありますよ！」と言って、出してくれました。
さっきは無い！と言ったのに〜！
同じフロントの人で、どうして対応が違うのでしょうか？
土砂降りの雨なのに、ホテル入口に傘袋も置かず、東京ならあり得ない対応です。
気持ち良く滞在したのに、最後はガッカリでした。

大満足です
Pros:

小倉へは何度か出張で行っていますが、今回初めて利用しました。夏休みでもあったので、家族も一緒でしたが、たぶん小倉ではNo.1だと思いました。Quaityが高いですし、スタッフが洗練されています。朝食はたいへん満足でした。駅に近く、海の景色もよく見えました。家族はご満悦でした。是非また利用させて頂きます。

朝食もBarも良かったです。

一つ、バスタオルがおろしたてなので、固く給水性がなかったです。一二度、洗うといいのかな。まぁ、大きな問題ではないです。

舒適又方便的飯店
Pros:

小倉站連接通道即可到飯店，入住當天下雨完全不用怕淋雨，飯店雖有年代，但保持乾淨，客房清潔也很確實，早餐美味好吃，是到北九州旅遊的住宿好選擇

Pros:

駅からペデストリアンデッキでつながっていてアクセスは便利です。駅チカですがお部屋は静かで窓が大きく解放感があります。予約ではリニューアルフロアとありましたが、部屋のカーペットや洗面台は使い込まれた感があり、窓際の椅子の近くにはカーペットに飲み物をこぼしたようなシミがあったのが少し気になりました。
