we actually didnt stay as it did not meet the expectations as advertised

Cons:

it is not a hotel it is an apart hotel with minimum facilities no parking it is advertised with private parking I tried calling for parking instructions and did not get a reply there was no bell boy and we got a citation for parking an the side walk
we wanted to cancel then and there but the person on the desk said he had no authority to do that so we just left anf found another hotel . it not often we are in Miami beace and we didnt want yo waste it on a dingy place.

Le petit-déjeuner très correct pour un petit-déjeuner offert (rare à Miami Beach)
Le toit terrasse avec transats, piscine et jacuzzi !!!

Cons:

Il manque d’endroits et d’équipements pour faire sécher les serviettes de toilette et de plage dans les appartements (crochets muraux, sèche-linge pliant)

Nice hotel in good location with great staff - breakfast average

Good location. Lovely staff. Free prosecco hour and bikes

Cons:

Air conditioning - large vent in lounge area and only small ones in bedrooms. Was very noisy in the Lounge and we were using it for sleeping. Not cool enough in bedrooms
