O atendimento na chegada foi muito receptivo com o pessoal educado, porém não tem pessoas para levar suas malas, não tem estacionamento você tem que deixar na rua com vale

Banheiro estava com o vaso entupido, não tem estacionamento no hotel, você tem que deixar no Vale do restaurante ao lado, a demora para trazer o carro é enorme

Not a lot. Perfectly decent location if you like the strip along South Beach, but the Hotel had very little to say about it itself except for an exceptionally high price.

Cons:

The hotel has zero facilities, mini-bar or bar and is visibly dirty. The entrance has no signage and is in a side street, it has only got one very slow lift, and the floor of my room was never cleaned during the five days that I stayed. The balcony was utterly filthy and faced a back alley. Meanwhile, to my astonishment, the limited continental breakfast was served on paper plates with plastic forks and knives in the front lobby of the hotel! I have literally never seen anything like it anywhere for $600 a night.
