I love that it was on Ocean Drive and that we can just walk out the hotel to restaurant the beach I truly appreciate that service and Daniella was absolutely amazing

I visited the property with my sister about three weeks ago. Upon arrival at the hotel, they placed a hold of €100 on my funds, which has yet to be released. I have been messaging the property daily to resolve the issue, but they give me the same response every day, and the money has still not been returned.

The staff were very nice . The property overall was 2* great location was not

It was shabby. The carpets through out the hotel were old , strained felt unclean. Our bathroom room 507 needed hot water! The bed was extremely comfortable. No wardrobe , only tiny short rail for clothes... no mirror apart from small round mirror in bathroom

Gostamos da localização, dos funcionários, da cama, (maravilhosa, muito limpa e não da dor nas costas) 15% no restaurante e muito bom, o restaurante tbm e excelente, o passeio de bicicleta gratuito, as cadeiras grátis pra ir à praia tbm!

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, se eu fosse o dono do local caprichava nos pequenos detalhes da construção, pequenas reformas, como no banheiro, o rejunte do chão, um bom piso, uma boa pintura , uma decoração mais clean elevaria o valor do lugar.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Direkt am Ocean Drive.

Cons:

Dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Waren für eine Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Länger wäre nicht gegangen. Die Dusche wollten wir nicht nutzen da nicht sauber. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of Miami Beach. Reception staff were excellent - early check in was a bonus for our elderly mother in law.

Cons:

Rooms were tired and the bath shower was not ideal. Could do with an upgrade - pretty grimy.

Great experience in an iconic hotel
Pros:

The location was amazing. The stay was no-nonsense and problem free. The Style of the hotel is fantastic, beautiful art deco and on the strip.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an option to include breakfast in the price.
