Empezando los elevadores rotos y me dieron la habitación en un 5to piso . En el lobbi un calor horrible . La habitación la ducha extremadamente pequeña y con poca presión de agua . La comida en el restaurant supuestamente un descuento q cuando pagas te das cuenta q no existe , cuando le pregunté a la dependienta q me explicara mi cuenta me excusó y se fue a hablar con un supervisor , no me supo dar una explicación razonable al momento de mi consulta después de un rato regreso y explico lo q no entendí. Dos carnes asada ( bistec pequeño ) y dos mojitos 200 dolares .

Pros:

Location good. Had to pay 50.00 to valet park because the parking garages were full. So add that as a possibility to your trip. Double bed Room was cramped , the window was actually just to a service alley off the restaurant. 3:00 in the morning people talking all night long. And it was staff. Not a pleasant experience will not return. I only stayed here because it was on South beach and it was overrated

Staff was indifferent to issues, noisy right next to our window. Cramped. Parking access unacceptable.

Avoid this hotel

We stayed here a few years ago and it was a decent hotel, so we booked again for this trip. Big mistake. The bedroom door didn’t close properly, and we had to slam it shut to get it to lock. The tv didn’t work. When we queried this, we were told the signal wasn’t strong enough and it was not a smart tv (not sure the relevance of this). They advertise cable tv in the rooms. We eventually got 3 channels - 2 shopping channels and one other. The reception staff didn’t seem to care about the issue and just dismissed us with an instruction to email the owner. We did this, and have still not received a response.

The plumbing is ancient in the hotel, and the shower was cold.

Don’t book this place unless you are absolutely desperate.
