Don’t stay here if you want to have a restful night sleep

Cons:

The housekeepers kept slamming doors non stop , I had to come outside my room and kindly asked them to stop slamming doors , they looked at me and said it’s not their fault , I repeated I was experiencing a headache and closed the door , less than a minute later one started screaming in Spanish and banging the doors louder and on purpose . I came down to the front desk and caira only gave me an email . That night was even worse cause there was a fight going on the third floor at 12am and I picked up the room phone and it wasn’t working . I had to endure at least 3 hours of screams , children crying in the hallway and just drama . In the morning , same story , doors being slammed and after couple of hours I come out kindly asked them to stop slamming doors non stop and they went quiet and pretended I said nothing . That day I checked out never going again and will request my credit card for a refund

My day was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel
Pros:

The location other than that, the property is horrible and the staff is even worse

Cons:

The property was not clean. The staff was rude. The restaurant was shut down by the government declaring it a health hazard there is no breakfast. You cannot get coffee in the morning. You have to walk to another hotel to have morning coffee, and breakfast.

Must stay there was totally unacceptable
Pros:

There is nothing to like about this property except location

Cons:

The restaurant was closed by the health department. Staff was rude. Property was filthy dark and not handicapped accessible. My mother was in a Scooter and had to go down a dark alley to gain access into the property. There were holes in the doors, allowing visual access from the hallway televisions did not work no running water in the bathroom sink.

Pros:

A localização é perfeita, na Ocean Drive, só atravessar a avenida e ja está na praia. Excelente custo benefício.

A descarga do vaso não funcionava direito às vezes, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.
