Pros:

有spa池，不過只限使用ㄧ次，池的種類、數量不多，房間內的池很棒、有電視。不過，加床的床居然要自己鋪，有點不可思議。整體來說是還不錯的體驗。飯店的環境很不錯，早上起來雲霧繚繞，很幽靜。

感覺乾淨舒服！早餐的素食放置在餐點區並且標明素食，很貼心不用再去問服務員，沒有使用素食套餐！很棒！感覺很好！

SPA 的環境非常好, 也有貼心地到處設置飲水機還有防滑措施, 毛巾也有掛鉤可以使用, 面膜區更貼心有化妝水+乳液可以使用
住宿區隨處都有垃圾桶, 鴨子隨意走動很可愛, 整體環境很乾淨

乾淨舒適

1.環境乾淨，園區內設有很多垃圾桶及回收桶，並有提供雨傘借用。
2.客房內之浴室及溫泉池通風良好。
3.裸湯沒另外提供毛巾，有點不方便。

廁所地板還是濕的，牆面很多釘子洞感覺很不好，床頭沒有插座，整個房間能用的插座只有2個，很不方便，床很大很好睡，室內有泥漿溫泉可以泡，地板走路會有奇怪的聲響，空間很大。

房間的熱水瓶還留著疑似上個客人煮的水（不知道是上一個還是更之前的客人）
房間竟然沒有暖氣！ 浴室無法將窗戶拉上 ，不泡湯時，洗澡很冷、浴室的電視遙控器還不能用！
這樣收這麼貴的價格不合理！
浴巾也才提供兩條。去大眾池還要自己拿房中的去
去六龜，才花這間一半的價錢，不用感冒敗興而歸！

溫泉設施不錯的酒店
Pros:

剛好住宿房間係2樓要上樓梯，唔係太方便，但房間很大，有室內溫泉浸。但酒店戶外溫泉設施很好，美人湯有脈衝池，可以放鬆肌肉，有四五個溫泉池，又有蒸氣室和遠紅外線室，又有食死皮的魚池，感覺不錯，但房間去酒店戶外溫泉途中沒有上蓋，當晚剛巧下雨有點不太方便。
