Perfeito para uma rápida estadia de preferência com uma única mala de bordo
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, Wi-Fi , Jacuzzi

Cons:

Quartos muito pequenos
Banheiro idem
Precisam de atualização
Não ter uma tomada na cabeceira hoje em dia não é admissível
Não tem elevador ….
Então só recomendo para uma estadia breve com malas de bordo

Good location
Pros:

Easy to get to using the bus from airport. Close to beach and shops.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small. Toilet paper was to be put in waste bin not flushed. The room we had was overlooking the swimming pool pumps. Thank goodness it was raining as noise from the pool area would have been deafening. Very dim lighting in the room. Power points to charge phone etc was hard to access.

Lovely Hotel in Quiet Area
Pros:

Great front desk personnel. Ideal location. Quiet area. The room was very clean. I would definitely return to stay at The Cadet.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. The bed constantly made noise during the night. Nothing else.

Pros:

This is a very simple hotel perfectly located in Miami Beach. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, bars and from the convention center. There is also a Gym very close to the hotel. The staff is also very friendly. There is no washing machine but the hotel offers laundry service from a contractor.

Cons:

The breakfast was very good at the hotel's restaurant. The big problem is that it opens way too late. 8am is not convenient, especially when you are there for work. Is should at least open at 7:00 or 7:30am, like most of the coffee shops in the area.
There is a 45 minute time limit per table. This is fine for customers who are not staying at the hotel, but for hotel guests this is not acceptable in my opinion. Restaurant staff was a little rude on this matter.

Nice clean boutique hotel walking distance to all things South Beach
Pros:

Nice, clean, small hotel. Walking distance to most South Beach things.

Cons:

We like small hotels. This fits the bill. Small pool with sunshine was great for a short chill out waiting on others. But not a swiping or play for pool kids if people want that. Property is very adult.

It was good.
Pros:

Location was excellent and close to the Miami convention centre.

Cons:

Bathroom was too small, no proper desk to work and lighting was poor. Lack of power outlets near the bed and around the room.

Pros:

Lovely staff, and good breakfast place on site. Location was great for shops/restaurants and beach.

Cons:

No lift, did not know that before booking. Staff super helpful taking bags up to 2nd floor for us. We also did not like the glass door on the toilet.
